Excellent customer service. I’m a truck driver from Houston making a delivery out here. I made a mistake and ordered my food at the wrong location 30 minutes away. I made a call and spoke with Ms. Jennifer. She made sure I had some hot food when I arrived. It was my fault, so I couldn’t be mad if it was cold but she insisted. It was delicious. Appreciate the whole Wendy’s team.

I ordered through the drive thru window. The outside of bag was very greasy as if it had been used by a previous order. That should have been a red flag. After purchasing my food, I immediately got on the freeway. I touched my food and it was lukewarm. The fries, hamburger and nuggets. I would have returned if it would not have taken so much effort.

Went to this location at 12:30 am last night. I ordered 3 JBC biggie bags and a JBC (junior bacon cheeseburger) a la cart. Made it to our hotel, which was 2 minutes from this location. We noticed none of our JBC had bacon on it..not even one piece. I called and spoke with the manager Jennifer she told me her daughter took the order and to come back the next day to get the order replaced. She even told me to either speak with manager Sandra or manager TJ.
So today we went back, around 10:30pm. Manager TJ was on duty. As soon as I pulled up, the young lady from last night knew exactly who I was. So she asked me to pull over and wait for my order. I was supposed to get my entire order (including my drinks) replaced. They didn’t honor that. I then looked at my burger to make sure it was right, and I had 1 piece of bacon that’s was cut into two pieces. I asked to speak with the manager. Manager TJ came out with attitude. When I showed him the burger, he said that it was correct. They put 2 slices of bacon on it. But as you can see, the picture that I attached isn’t 2 slices of bacon, more like half of a slice, and then that half was cut in half.
I’m from Houston, and our Wendy’s would never do nothing like this. This location has a lot of kids working for them who don’t care, unprofessional and a lot of bad reviews. Wendy’s corporate needs to come by and get this location together. When I visit Lake Charles again (which is often), I definitely won’t come to this location.

Didn’t get certain food items ordered originally as they were left out. Burgers seemed poorly made. Straws and napkins were also left off. Check your bag before you drive off.

Too bad I can’t give negative stars. The tall dark headed girl that works the window on Saturday nights is awful. She’s rude without reason. Practically threw my change at me most of it went on the ground. She’s unqualified to work a fast food window.
