I have never in my life experienced such a crappy service. To the Wendy’s franchise I hope you reconsider the employees that you have at your Moss Point location. Wendy’s has always been one of my favorite fast food chains but the experience I had today was wack. I had to pull into a waiting spot and when I FINALLY received my food it wasn’t even lukewarm.

Went through the drive thru and it took 35 minutes to get our food. We ordered a baconator combo and a Dave’s combo. They were extremely behind and said they had no fries cooked and ready. Once we got our food, they gave us the baconator combo and a chicken sandwich. We did not order a chicken sandwich. We did not get our Dave’s combo. Im mad. We waited 35 minutes and they couldn’t even get our food right. I don’t know why I’m surprised.

Clean place. Fast service. Staff makes a better hamburger than a lot of other fast food places. I am picky on a hamburger . On a scale of 1-5, I would rate the hamburgers here a 3 which again is way better than other fast food places. Hamburger quality is usually not the staffs fault. It is the national chains who use suppliers of lower quality food which is common today at all fast food chains with some rare exceptions . The workers have no control over that . The Frosty shakes are terrific.

A fast stop for a late lunch. “Junior Cheeseburger Biggie Bag” which is a good deal as I was hungry and looking for quick. I was able to place my order on the Wendy’s app from the parking lot and a few minutes later, there it was.
While I waited, I could see that the dining room was clean with no dirty tables. The condiments/soda station was stocked and tidy. There was no trash in the parking lot.
Burger was assembled properly and fresh with nicely melted cheese. My four chicken nuggets were warm and not hot. The fries were done properly and were actually hot. I was able to fill my cup from the Coke Freestyle machine and got the lemonade I wanted.

Late night stop while on the road. Easy to get to off the highway and back on as well. Good service. No one else there in drive thru, but had to pull up and wait for food. I understand times and all, but it’s ridiculous at late hours, to have employees running food out especially when there were no other cars in the drive thru.

Went to this location that did not have any ketchup. When the young man who was trying to make things right suggested a signature sauce another female employee with dreads came and stated “oh we are going to have to charge you for that.”When I asked the female employee; what am I suppose to eat on my fries? She just shrugged her shoulders sorry we don’t have any ketchup. If you are traveling like we were maybe you should stop some where else because THIS location isn’t it. Very un organized. I thought I was in a high school reality show with no plot no organization and everyone just doing the most. My purchase

Came here Saturday and service was horrible. Line was backed up and my husband had to tell the window in the drive through our order three times, a coke and root beer for drink & sweet and sour sauce. Got to the window and she rung us up for two cokes and bbq sauce. Asked for sweet and sour and then said we would have to be charged for it… why argue when she doesn’t even listen?

Finally got around to trying the breakfast at Wendy’s and it was pretty tasty and a nice change from the usual breakfast options. This location was pretty fast and the food was hot and fresh so well worth the stop if you want something a bit different in the morning.
Edit: got the chicken biscuit and a sausage and egg croissant this time and they were delicious. The touch of honey really sets off the chicken.

This place has terrible service. I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning at 10:00, and it took 30 minutes just to get served. Do yourself a favor and skip this location—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

Grand reopening of Wendy’s in Moss Point, MS! They had a live dixieland trio (Dauphin Street Stompers), Wendy’s (in person), Ribbon Cutting with the MP Mayor, Pledge of Allegiance with member from VFW, raffle, wattle bottles, and CAKE! And lunch was this tasty Hot Honey Chicken sandwich with fried pickles (my favorite part of sandwich). Thank you Manager Catherine and Patra for excellent service!
