We had a great experience at Huddle House! It was busy when we came in, but everything still ran smoothly and the atmosphere stayed friendly and welcoming.
The new waffle bites were delicious and a big hit, and the waffle taco was fun, fresh, and really tasty. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t yet.
Our server Briannah was awesome—very friendly, attentive, and upbeat, even with the rush. She made sure everything was right and kept things moving with a smile.

I was in there to eat with my wife and kids last week, food was great. Our waitress on the other hand was awful. Her name was Ariel. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but we seen our food sit on the counter for a while before she brought it to us and we didn’t get any drinks until after our food was given to us. We love Huddle House, but we may be going to a different location.

I was told this Scottsboro location was under new management so I decided to go give it a try. I stopped in for a late breakfast and was seated right away.
Every part of the meal was fresh and well-prepared. It was hearty, filling, and exceeded my expectations.
My server was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always made sure my coffee cup stayed full. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions, which made the experience even better.
The manager, John, stopped by my table to personally welcome me and make sure everything was perfect, which was a thoughtful touch.

The waitress accidentally turned over a glass of tea into my lap. They did not offer to pay for my meal nor did they offer to discount the meal. I called the next morning asking for a reimbursement of the cleaning for my dress pants and shirt. I was told by the manager that she would speak with the general manager and call me back. I waited three days and then called corporate. Six days after the incident I received a call from the general manager informing me that I would be reimbursed for the cleaning, but I would have to provide a detailed receipt. I am a regular customer to this particular location. I believe that I should have received a quicker response with a greater degree of courtesy. It is my thinking the management team of this location in Scottsboro AL may not care about customer service and does not desire my continued visits to this establishment. I will very definitely share my experience with other people. There were several customers who witnessed this episode with one gentleman ever commenting that I was now sitting in tea. I do not believe that he meant this as a plus.
