After the new place across the street told us we needed a reservation to sit at the bar (!!!) we hightailed it across the street to Odyssey. Did we catch the tail end of HH? You bet we did.
Every single employee we encountered greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.
In all honesty, we’ve been coming to Odyssey since it opened, and we love it. Awesome, creative menu. Handcrafted cocktails. Amazing beer selection. This place just ticks all the boxes.
Does my husband miss the bacon sampler on the menu? Indeed. But until it returns we dig the mojo fish tacos.
The vibe of this place is so warm and happy. Please keep up the great work!

I work across the street (at another restaurant). I come here for the quick and efficient service. The food is great. The bacon jam burger is a go-to. The pork wings are incredible. Pub potatoes rock my world. Drink selection is off the charts.

Walked in for a date night was seated very close to a table of four loud men, when there was plenty of room to spread people out. This is in the middle of the week so not very busy at all. Waitress came to us two seconds after we sat to take our drink order. We didn’t have time to look over the beer menu so asked for more time. She then takes another drink order and brings their drink order to our table. We said we haven’t order drinks she says oh waters right and runs off. Comes back with water we didn’t order, takes our drink order. Ordering is fine, but we waited for drink refills for a little longer than normal. Okay no big deal, then when done eating I asked for a box and waited for 20 mins till I walked up to ask for one. She delivered the box I had her the card and she takes my card and check to a different table. I am a server and there was a total of 12 people in the whole place. Seems like she didn’t know what she was doing. I give tons of grace to servers but mistaking tables not once but twice and with someone else’s debit card isn’t okay.

We came in last night and Tracy the bartender was amazing! It was busy and she managed to always make time for us. Food was great and atmosphere as well. We were greeted promptly at the door and sat right away. The drunken onion burger is a must have!

Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely be back many times. Today Kaitland was an awesome server. The Pork Green Chile is one of the best we’ve ever tried in CO. We all had burgers, and asked for caramelized onions, and mushrooms on them. The burgers were 10 out of 10. The Green Chile Fries were the best fries we’ve ever had. If you haven’t tried this place yet then go give them a try. They also give military discount if you ask.

We LOVE Odyssey for their Brussels and fish n’ chips! Their service is always warm, welcoming, and emotionally intelligent (meaning they don’t abandon you at the table or drive you crazy by checking on you ever 2seconds.) It is definitely a bar vibe with a bit higher noise volume, but still very manageable for conversation. We have enjoyed every meal and find the access to downtown great for date nights and/or events.

The shrimp tacos excellent. Just right amount of heat but with incredible flavor. The burger was excellent with high quality beef. Brooke our server was awesome and very attentive. Also had the opportunity to have quite the conversation with the owner. She is very very nice and very conscientious about her food product. Very very pleasant and sincere. A must go in Colorado Springs!!

Odyssey is always an amazing spot to grab some food. The beer list is excellent, they have spirits of all kinds to keep you happy, and the food is spirited and delicious. They don’t leave good enough alone, they improve and create amazing dishes and change it up from time to time.
(The floor can be slick feeling due to, what I believe to be, whatever wax/sealer/cleaner they use to clean the floors, or maybe their too clean… if that’s a thing… so be careful in gum soled shoes, I was slipping and sliding, kinda odd.)
