You walk up to the counter and order. Minutes later, your order co.es up. Food is good. Service is good. I would definitely come here again. We had ice cream for dessert and that was perfect.

After a series of wrong turns looking for food elsewhere, we happened upon May’s. We were looking for something fast without eating from a fast food chain. The staff here was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We ordered at the counter and waited for the order. I ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger basket (with fries) and no bun. My daughter got the same but with bun. She complimented the bun as soft and squooshy. I added my own condiments, but I can’t say enough about how delicious the burger was. Sooo good. I was upset that we were in a rush because I really wanted to take the time to savor it. The fries were hot and crispy. This is a definite must for lunch if you are in the area.

The cheesesteak and fries were great. Pepperoni pizza left much to be desired but the price is reasonable. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Could have used some music for the atmosphere. There wasn’t any playing while I was there.

5 stars for its category…fast food/diner. May’s offers tasty burgers with self-serve fresh veggies to top them with. Their fries are some of the best around. I only grabbed a quick lunch, but the staff was friendly, the food came out quickly, and it was very tasty. The restaurant and restrooms are super clean. Other patrons were friendly and willing to chat, creating a great atmosphere. I’ll return whenever in the area.

I had a cheese burger with chili added. Fries were hot, fresh and delicious crinkle cut. My burger was steaming hot. Chili was tasty, but burger itself was tasteless. They need to season them while cooking. Great birch beer soda. Spouse’s vanilla malt rates 3/5 per him. They let you put your own toppings on your sandwiches. Appreciated that. It was Fresh and Fast as advertised. A few miles off I-80 but worth it.

Stopped for the beef bbq sandwich. I found the flavor (as a first time taster) very good. Homemade even. I just thought it was a tad pricey for just the sandwich n maybe I’m out if touch w pricing for that type of sandwich. It was a regular hamburger bun n maybe I expected a better bun for the price? The pork bbq was a disappointment n we won’t get it again. Not enough flavor for our taste or just blah boring. We will stop again n try something else. Place was clean n EE’s were very friendly n wanted to please.
