My experience was just okay. As a fast-food stop, the service was quite slow. The fried chicken itself was a bit bland and lacked flavor, and it didn’t come with any sauce packets, which would have helped. The dining area tables weren’t very clean either. Hopefully, they can improve on these points.

I went at 830 am and paid $5.72 for a chicken sandwich, for one thing, it tasted like burnt old grease and was very chewy. definitely microwaved. I used to like this place but the last few times its been the same. This time I clicked a picture. I should have checked it before I left. Then again last time I returned a sandwich here, maybe 9 months ago, the older manager lady was very rude and questioned me about it in front of a lot of people like i was lying. I probably won’t be back.

We were on our way from New Jersey back to North Carolina, and this Bojangles location is right around the Chesapeake Bay Bridge area. I got the 12 piece Bo Bites meal with the house-made ranch and the mashed potatoes and gravy side. For my drink, I just got water. When we were there, the fountain was only letting out water and no other drinks, but I was going to get water anyway so it did not impact me. The service was nice and we ate inside because we wanted to take a break from being in the car. I should have ordered the 9 piece, as the 12 piece is very filling. The mashed potatoes and gravy were nice, and the chicken went well with it, too. The Bojangles locations near us do not have Bo Bites, but it has become one of my favorite menu items, so I am really glad that we were able to have them here!

Store is dirty, no napkins, had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My frys were old and had no Cajun seasoning and the biscuit was like a brick

I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive thru just to get home and find out the order was wrong. They had zero people eating inside and everyone that came through the drive thru had to wait. I won’t be back, how disappointing .

I wish I could give them a higher score but the temperature of the food was barely warm at best. Nonetheless, everything did taste good and no complaints in terms of freshness. I was actually surprised at the sides. They were much better than anticipated (string beans and Mac n cheese).

Having never visited Bojangles before I was unsure what to expect. The place was quite quiet and there was no wait time, we ordered straight at the desk.
There are plenty of choices of meals available and they all look great (if you like fried chicken) I had the 2 pc meal and it came with 2 sides and a biscuit. Drinks were available and there are plenty of options
The fries were really nice and very well seasoned, the chicken was well cooked and juicy and the coating had quite a kick to it that I was not expecting.
Overall a good experience and I would definitely consider Bojangles again if I have the urge for fried chicken.

Go through the drive thru just to have to pull into a parking spot and wait. So far it’s been almost 10 minutes. Nobody really speaks to you just asks for your payment and thats it. Customer service has gone to shit. Got here at 2:04 it is now 2:26 with no good in sight but people steady rolling through the drive thru

Waited 30 minutes without a single worker acknowledging me waiting in line. No reason at 2:30pm should you be this backed up and if you have large orders, there should be some kind of acknowledgment. Taking the fast out of fast food.

If I could give 0 stars I would…my goodness how hard is it to tell customers it is going to be 15 minutes or more wait on chicken. Im traveling from Virginia Beach and I have never waited so long with others that had already been in line for 25+ minutes i later found out. This is unacceptable and should be looked into. Im sooo thankful VA Beach Bojangles doesn’t treat their customers in such a horrible way.. Never stopping at this location again during my travels and will discourage any one I know from stopping. The poor older lady that was still waiting when I left. Stated she had been waiting for over 25 minutes. Sad! POOR SERVICE!
