I went through the drive through. We ordered 24P swings with 4 biscuits and a large Coke. They told us to pull to the front. We waited over 20 minutes, and then I walked in to see what was going on. And they were too busy to talk to me. When they finally handed me my food they didn’t give us our large Coke. So I had to ask him for that. Then they said they’re the machine wasn’t working so I had to fill it up myself, and then I asked him if there was butter and honey for the biscuit, they said no They hadn’t in the bag So I had to get from them. The wings normally come in boxes but got them in paper bags. So overall, just a poor experience. And no need to wait 20 minutes when there’s nobody else even in the store.

Chicken is bland (got tenders) but the workers can’t help that. What they can help is the fact I got a coke when I ordered lemonade, and I got signature sauce when all I wanted was ranch. Not to mention their attitude. Not coming here again.

I’ve been to this place a couple times, finally I’ve had enough to write a review. I’m normally pretty forgiving when it comes to mistakes in fast food, I used to work at a couple of chains so I know how it can be. But the amount of disrespect I’ve gotten every single time I’ve gone here is ridiculous. Ordered through the drive through and the guys is alway rude and never gets the orders correct, this time I ordered 2- 3 pc tender meals and specifically asked for sweet heat. When I came to the window I checked the bag to see if there were any in there because they always forget I asked if I could get 8 of them since there were 2 meals. He only gave me 4 back so I ended up just going into the store to get some more. To make things worse when I got home I realized they gave us bone-in chicken. I never even ate the meal and ended up throwing it out cause it was disgusting I would never recommend this location to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Only time I ate here was when it was brand new for a fundraiser. Since then, I haven’t stepped foot in this location unless I Dash someone’s food. Last night, I went in to get food that should’ve been bagged way before I got there. The dude was in the back, while 5 of us just stood there. He looked at at me and asked in a very rude manner, who I was here for. I told him the customer name, he told me it’s being bagged, turned around and took THE MOST DRIED AND BURNT CHICKEN they had out, put it in the bag and gave it to me. It stunk up my car, I had to have the windows down while delivering it. This honestly surpassed what I saw at the other location, where they took chicken off the GROUND and put it in the bag.

Ordered a 5pc chicken tender meal on 9/16/24 opened the box to find literally every piece of chicken had hair through the breading and tossed it all in the garbage. I use to love Popeyes but this location has crap customer service and apparently terrible hygiene and sanitary adherence. 10/10 recommend their location specific furry chicken… So delicious

Do not order from this location through a service like DoorDash or Uber eats. This location struggles to understand how to process orders through them and will just tell your driver they can’t help them and leave you wondering what happened. Very unprofessional, and could care less.

I love the food here way better than KFC bad thing is I have to go to Ogden to get it nothing in Logan yet which is fine cuz I usually go vinyl shopping every month I would eat there more if we had one in Logan and their box faves are back for five bucks can’t beat that, or you can get the full meal for $6.99 on their deals.

Went in and a customer had to give us something to clean the tables off. Every table was dirty, staff were all on their phone. No joke not a single one wasn’t on their phone. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. I’d rather just go to McDonald’s at this point to get better customer service.
