Stopped by just to try their ramen, and it did not disappoint. The Spicy Miso Ramen with beef was rich, flavorful, and satisfying. Tender slices of beef, creamy eggs, and a deep broth made it a very solid bowl.
Service was quick and polite, and the food came out hot. The atmosphere is casual and works well for a spontaneous meal.
However, a few things stood out:
• Cleanliness could definitely be improved. You pass through a cluttered back area full of boxes on the way to the restroom.
• The restroom was not clean, which left a bad impression.
• We ordered a simplified ramen for our daughter (just broth, noodles, and beef), but it was almost the same price as the full Soul Ramen with mushrooms, scallions, sesame, black garlic oil, and egg. The pricing didn’t feel fair for such a basic bowl.

I have eaten a lot of ramen over the years from all over the world and this is the BEST ramen I have eaten in my entire life. My wife and I are on our anniversary trip in Miami and this is the first restaurant we ended up at and it did not disappoint. We ordered spiced duck wings and pork belly bao as appetizers. The spiced duck wings were tender, umami filled and just overall delightful. The bao buns were amazing, the buns themselves were soft and had a subtle sweetness that went perfectly with the saltiness of the pork belly. (pro tip: ADD THEIR CHILI OIL ON ANYTHING) I ordered the spicy miso ramen with brisket as my choice of protein, the broth was phenomenal and the brisket melted in my mouth. My wife ordered the Ichimi ramen with chashu as her protein. Her broth practically made her cry with how good it was, it was extremely flavorful, rich and deep in its essence. The chashu was on a whole other level of tender. Lastly, the NOODLES. Their thin house made noodles were out of this world. They were soft and perfectly al dente, giving a nice chew while still being cooked to perfection. We will be coming back even though we have to catch a flight, it is completely worth it.

Came here excited as reviews were amazing. Sadly was very disappointed. Gyoza was odd tasting and I couldn’t bring myself to eat more. The chicken was very dry. We were very hungry so we were able to eat that, thankfully. Ramen was decent for American standards. I felt it lack depth and flavour. Basically food is edible. I prefer my costco frozen gyozas to this. It was not worth the trip to visit and I wished we dined elsewhere. Our waiter looked unhappy with 18% tip and it felt awkward (she didn’t look like she want to chat and was super focused on watching the tip machine). I’m from Australia so to experience this and having disappointing food threw me off. Every other food places we tried in Miami was amazing so this was disappointing and I thought to leave an honest review. I do like how they give free water and the food portions are good. Noodles are good. Glad they added spring onions and egg to the ramen. That is all the positives. Glad people enjoy this though but sadly not me and I really wished I did.

My husband and I came here for lunch and it was amazing!! We had the chicken gyoza, the chicken fried rice and the spicy ramen bowl. All of it was delicious and authentic food. 10/10 and the service was great too, everyone was very kind and helped us choose our food. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back!

If you want a place for a flavorful ramen, this is your place. Delicious and tasty, they have other options too, rice bowls but the ramen won’t disappoint. They have options of homemade ramen or imported ramen from Japan. Both options are worth the try. The homemade are fresher.

Highly recommend for a quick ramen stop. Quality of food is excellent so are the utensils provided. Very impressed with the food and will definitely come back for that. The place itself was beautifully designed but there was a faint smell of something weird. The tables also were a bit greasy I’m sure that could’ve been easily remedied. Great prices though.

Really enjoyed my visit to Ichimi. The shrimp bao was was light, fluffy and packed with flavor. Texture and taste of the noodles were perfect and the broth was excellent. My egg came a little over cooked but it happens. On top of the great food, the service was fast. Highly recommend.

One of the very few restaurants in Miami that serves ramen with veg broth. The ramen tasted really fresh and flavorful. We requested them to make it spicy for us! Overall a great experience and our was helpful as well!

4/5 or 8/10… worth a trip : )
Tonkatsu broth was very good. Can tell it has been cooked properly for a long time: deep, fatty-rich, and pork-y. Egg noodles were cooked nicely and were tasty & lightly chewy. Egg was very nice. Plenty of scallions. Food came out in 2 minutes.
Broth was warm, but not hot. Pork belly lacked a bit of flavor or prep and was lukewarm.
Service was great. The man working tonight was super friendly and attentive.
Bonus point for Mortal Kombat being on the bar’s tv. Never seen it, but boy did it look retro!
