If you want something slightly different, a sauce swap, penne instead of spaghetti, a small tweak that makes sense, they accommodate without hesitation. No attitude. No eye-rolling. That already puts them ahead of most places.
I ordered the Seafood Combo, which normally comes with garlic marinara. I noticed they also have lobster ravioli with a lobster cream sauce, so naturally I asked if the seafood combo could be done in that sauce instead. No big deal at all.
It was outstanding. Rich, balanced, and indulgent without being heavy. If they ever revamp the menu, that exact preparation deserves a permanent spot because it is genuinely bombastic.
Napoli’s is not flashy. It is not trying to be loud or trendy, and it is not packed wall-to-wall like a sports bar. What it does have is a relaxed, eclectic vibe and staff that make you feel welcome to hang out, eat, and enjoy yourself without being rushed.
The price point quietly seals the deal. You get better-than-decent Italian-American food, flexibility most restaurants forgot how to offer, and solid execution without paying for hype.
Highly recommended if you are in the Wylie or Northeast Dallas area and appreciate good food, chill energy, and real hospitality.
Bon appetito, y’all.

Update… there was leftovers intended, but alas, there were none.
That food quality was very good. They serve a free appetizer consisting of fresh dinner rolls and marinara sauce.
The food we ordered was superb. Overall, a very very good experience.
As for the food, it was decent—though not particularly exceptional. The Veal Parmigiana was satisfying, with well-cooked pasta and a slightly flavorful sauce. The portion was generous, making it a good value, especially for families.
The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with plenty of families dining, making it feel inviting for all ages. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal, whether you’re out with the kids or looking for a laid-back night with friends.
Overall, it’s a good neighborhood Italian restaurant with friendly service, decent food, and a welcoming environment.
Update: As of 4-3-24
Well, we were working in Wylie again and decided to revisit this restaurant. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint. Their Fried ravioli and stuffed mushrooms appetizers were great. Hadnt tried fried raviolis’ before. The Ceasar salad is good and their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is also very good. From our understanding, we will be back in town at least two more times so we’re looking forward to trying more items on the menu. You wont regret going. Its a good place to eat. Stay tuned!! Oh and if you go during the week, its much less crowded. We arrived around 8pm.
