Absolutely fantastic. From the authenticity of the atmosphere to the menu, this is the closest to Italian Food in North Texas. Authentic, Affordable, and Excellent Service! We ordered several dishes to share. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real Italian food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Here’s a little secret about Napoli’s. They actually care about their customers.

If you want something slightly different, a sauce swap, penne instead of spaghetti, a small tweak that makes sense, they accommodate without hesitation. No attitude. No eye-rolling. That already puts them ahead of most places.

I ordered the Seafood Combo, which normally comes with garlic marinara. I noticed they also have lobster ravioli with a lobster cream sauce, so naturally I asked if the seafood combo could be done in that sauce instead. No big deal at all.

It was outstanding. Rich, balanced, and indulgent without being heavy. If they ever revamp the menu, that exact preparation deserves a permanent spot because it is genuinely bombastic.

Napoli’s is not flashy. It is not trying to be loud or trendy, and it is not packed wall-to-wall like a sports bar. What it does have is a relaxed, eclectic vibe and staff that make you feel welcome to hang out, eat, and enjoy yourself without being rushed.

The price point quietly seals the deal. You get better-than-decent Italian-American food, flexibility most restaurants forgot how to offer, and solid execution without paying for hype.

Highly recommended if you are in the Wylie or Northeast Dallas area and appreciate good food, chill energy, and real hospitality.

Bon appetito, y’all.

P.S. – Anyone throwing out a less than 4 of 5 rating for this place is just a KarenKen Komplain A saurus !! 🙂

Update… there was leftovers intended, but alas, there were none.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and delicious food at a good price. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, came with salad and nice warm bread with dipping sauce. I will go back next time I’m in town.

Great staff very friendly. To be honest, the food was kind of bland. The garlic rolls didn’t have a hint of garlic on them but the bread was great. The chicken parm was a large serving and had good quality cheese. The tiramisu didn’t have any flavor at all, it was drizzled in chocolate syrup to try and give it life.

Always delicious. The best Italian comfort food. Delicious garlic rolls, yummy pizza, satisfying pasta dishes, always good no matter what you get. Last time I had the chicken rollatini. So flavorful, I’ll definitely get that again.

I wish I could give this place 6/5. Everything was so phenomenal about this place. Lady who served us was very understanding and actually helped us order properly.
That food quality was very good. They serve a free appetizer consisting of fresh dinner rolls and marinara sauce.
The food we ordered was superb. Overall, a very very good experience.

This is our favorite place to get Italian food and especially pizza! I recommend the deep dish 9 topping pizza and my wife highly recommends the gluten free BBQ chicken with pineapple. We also recommend the chicken cacciatore, we both get with GF noodles and it’s always amazing. Thank you Gino and staff for the amazing food and experience.

We recently dined at Napoli’s Italian Restaurant where they offered a solid, family-friendly experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The service was efficient, with our server regularly checking in without being intrusive, which made for a pleasant and easygoing meal.

As for the food, it was decent—though not particularly exceptional. The Veal Parmigiana was satisfying, with well-cooked pasta and a slightly flavorful sauce. The portion was generous, making it a good value, especially for families.

The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with plenty of families dining, making it feel inviting for all ages. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal, whether you’re out with the kids or looking for a laid-back night with friends.

Overall, it’s a good neighborhood Italian restaurant with friendly service, decent food, and a welcoming environment.

Gotta say, This place was the real deal. We sat towards the entrance to the seating area and saw many of the dishes that were ordered as they passed by. They all looked fantastic. Our food was just as good. Portion size was great. true value for your money. Very busy but not so much that personal attention was lost. Good hustle from all who were there. Got to meet the owners dad. Cool dude. Definitely going back if we are in town.

Well, we were working in Wylie again and decided to revisit this restaurant. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint. Their Fried ravioli and stuffed mushrooms appetizers were great. Hadnt tried fried raviolis’ before. The Ceasar salad is good and their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is also very good. From our understanding, we will be back in town at least two more times so we’re looking forward to trying more items on the menu. You wont regret going. Its a good place to eat. Stay tuned!! Oh and if you go during the week, its much less crowded. We arrived around 8pm.
