It’s a nice McDonald’s… Great staff. Great food. Restaurant was clean and the staff were very willing to help – I was standing at the counter waiting on food and was asked twice if I needed help by separate team members.

This was the most unfriendly McDonalds I have ever been too. You had to order on the kiosk, which wouldn’t print a receipt. They brought our food out, we couldn’t fill our own drinks, so I got a cup of ice and a little Diet Coke, couldn’t find a human to get a refill. I didn’t like the situation of auto serve with no human interaction, I hope this isn’t our future.

Ordered a “regular” M&M McFlurry and they literally just gave me the small amount in the regular cup. $5 is already ridiculous for a regular McFlurry, but adding significantly less than you’re supposed to is just typical corporate greed. Will not be spending my money here ever again.

I placed a mobile order here today. Received my food, pulled over to eat… and opened my nuggets. (Photo attached). I don’t know WHAT it was, but it looked nasty. When I pulled up to get a refund (I’m now not willing to eat anything in my bag), the manager told me accusatorially that they don’t have anything that looks like that in the restaurant. I told her I didn’t know what to tell her, that that’s what I found, and they told me to pull up. They refunded me like $5 for a $20+ order and gave me a quick sorry—they wouldn’t give me the full refund for my meal. I come here a lot since I have a job on the go. I’ve never once made a complaint or requested a refund. But that was absolutely absurd. (They did offer me free food, but I didn’t want to eat ANYTHING from there after finding that)
Not sure what’s going on in there, but you’d think somebody would notice that much nastiness on my food before they closed the box. The fact that they didn’t, and weren’t willing to make it right, tells me I shouldn’t eat here anymore. And I don’t suggest anyone else does either.

I wouldn’t normally take time to review a McDonald’s, but since this location was renovated it’s gotten much worse. Every order of mine is wrong. Small things, a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece, kid fries missing from a happy meal, no sauce instead of honey mustard. To their credit, they do fix the mistake quickly if you catch it at the window, but I hate feeling like I’m holding up the 5 cars behind me while I feel obligated to check their work.

I will not order from this McDonalds again. I usually stop here between my kids afterschool activities to get a happy meal in between (6:30-7:00). There is always the same employee sitting in the dining area most likely after his shift. Sometimes he is sleeping at the table and sometimes he is lurking in the bathroom. Today he was at his normal table, awake, and clipping his fingernails at the dining area table and just leaving his nail clippings all over the floor and table. I found this extremely unsanitary/dirty and it bothered me so much we didn’t even finish our food, we just got up and left. Employees should take care of their personal hygiene at home, not in public, at work, in a dining establishment. Like I said, we will not be visiting this location again, I recommend you all do the same. GROSS

I was in the drive through and that guy took my order which I have to repeat multiple times. Then after charging me they still got my order wrong, when I asked for correction the manager has a filthy attitude towards me did not make any corrections and ask me go back to the line again.

I ate at mcdonalds with some coworkers ate about half my fries. When I got home i dumped my onto a plate and found a cockroach or a flea don’t really know what it is but i was not only disguted but disappointed. I used to love mcdonalds fries but now I will never look at them the same way ever again. I even threw away my mcnuggets because of my disgust. I don’t really expect much from McDonalds but somehow you dissapoint. L ➕ ratio ➕ u fell off.
