This is truly a Top Notch Dining experience in Panama! Conchiglioni Alla Thermidor and a Virgin Mojito. The combination of Lobster, Crabmeat and the sauce with 3 cheeses was absolutely delectable! The Virgin was virgin-ing! It was not lacking flavor. I could taste all the flavor, lime mint etc.. We went just as it was getting dark, so we had the perfect view of the city skyline. My experience was so good, I’m going back for Lunch today to try the Lasagna!

Filomena was the best meal we had in PTY.
PTY in general seems to do Italian food extremely well, and Filomena clearly takes the craft very seriously. We ordered three pastas and one appetizer.
The green lasagna is really unique. It’s a layered lasagna with lots of melty cheese that’s cut into a slab and then pan fried, served on a green emulsion. My large ravioli filled with mushroom and runny egg yolk was a standout dish, so good I drank every last drop of the sauce! The pork ragu pasta was also very tasty.
While the tuna tiradito appetizer was a bit underseasoned for my taste and forgettable, the pasta dishes blew us away. Service was very attentive. Highly recommended!

Outstanding food. Exceeded expectations. This place was walking distance to our hotel. While we frequented Casco Viejo during our stay which has great rooftops and resturants, none of those compared to this place in food or service level. We had a late lunch/early dinner. Enjoyed both a cocktail and bottle of wine with their Grigliata Mista Di Mare and Milanesa De Ternera for dinner. This food was outstanding and the service was very attentive. The vibe was upscale casual but the service was fine dining. I would recommend to anyone.

I was brought here for my birthday as a surprise and I must say it was amazing — the view was to die for, the food was incredible, and the service was on point. Our server, Alexis, really was fantastic and elevated the experience. He provided great recommendations and was super attentive! Highly recommend. On the top of my list and I’ve lived and traveled to multiple foodie cities.

This place delivers a true 5-star experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Impeccable service, stunning interior and balcony design, and food that’s absolutely phenomenal. If you order the pasta with spicy vodka sauce, ask for it without the breadcrumbs… they dull the flavor.
