We were inside had a kind waiter, he was great. Some younger girl workers were talking negatively about him right next to us… & We left and packed our food to go, and just so happen I have a nice piece of parchment paper under the cheese of the burger. Nice bite mark because I didn’t see it until after. ♀️

Mackenzie was awesome. I came in unexpectedly as my car wasn’t ready at Townfaire due to the extreme amounts of potholes in the city. This was unplanned. Not one of my top restaurants, however, grabbed the trio app with double buff boneless and wonton tacos… to my surprise there were 3tacos. We were visiting from New Hampshire and went to this particular Applebee’s in Enfield with our son and family. The staff was very friendly but I ordered onion soup with a grilled cheese Cheeseburger. We were a table of seven. Waited quite a while and my onion soup came out. It wasn’t just room temperature. It was actually cold. I finally got the waitress and sent it back. I waited and expected it to come right back. A little while later our food came out. The french fries were a little soggy and room temperature and the burger was warm. When I was half done eating the burger they brought my soup out which I didn’t even expect at that point. Was very disappointed in this restaurant as there is an Applebee’s right near where we live in New Hampshire and it is always amazing so I was surprised And not very happy with this location. I heard back from the owner asking me to copy and paste the link. I tried a couple times and it did not work. In any case, I really don’t need anyone to get back to me. Basically the staff just needs to pay attention and know when someone’s app,meal etc Is ready to be brought to the table or get a runner but to just bring out stone cold soup. Take it back and not return it until I’m well into my meal is not acceptable I’m sorry. Things like that fall squarely on the manager. My son has managed a major restaurant in the Manchester Connecticut area for the last 15 years so I know a little bit about how it should be done. Food should never ever sit undelivered Once it’s ready. that’s all.

Normally I wouldn’t give a low rating but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were seated for 35 minutes before a server even came over. My daughter’s food was sent back because it was cold. We received our appetizer and waited another 30 min for our food. We also waited 20 additional minutes just for the check.

Ordered pick up, was 30 min late, food was like warm. Manager carol? Was no where to be seen. Will be calling corporate tomorrow as this was one of the worst experiences iv ever had. Do not ever trust this location if the manager is no where to be seen you won’t get proper service.

Didn’t get our food until an hour passed and I waved the manager over..then she brought out cold food..missing one of the meals that had to be remade so one of us sat there with nothing. No one ever came to check on us. Pasta was hard. Manager had an attitude and couldn’t even apologize for the poor service or quality.

Applebee’s on Boston Road is a great spot for a meal with family or friends. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and they’ve paid attention to little things like giving plenty of premium napkins and having towels in the restroom. The burger I had was amazing—big, juicy, and packed with toppings. It’s a smash burger, so it wasn’t cooked medium rare, but it was still delicious. I could’ve eaten a couple more!
The Christmas decorations and music made the place feel festive and cozy, which I really enjoyed. It’s clear they put effort into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
One thing did stick with me, though. I saw a dad who spent the whole time on his phone while his kid just sat there looking like they wanted his attention. It was a little sad, but it reminded me how important it is to be present with the people we care about, especially in a place like this that’s made for family time.
Overall, Applebee’s is a great spot to enjoy good food, good service, and a family-friendly vibe. It’s a place where you can really connect and make memories.

The food is standard pub fare. Good at a reasonable price, although I had the salmon and I mentioned the filet was on the small side. While our server, Rayna, was wonderful there seemed to be a wait staff shortage. Drinks and entrees kind of slow. It’s understandable since it’s New Year’s Day and people call in sick.

It is what it is at Applebees. Was amazed how long it took to get our drinks and food when the place was not nearly full of people. But the appetizers always hit the spots so you can only complain so much. The drinks are cheap too, not amazingly made though so sticking to beer is the smartest. Other than the bad service tho it wasn’t terrible
