This is not a traditional Dunkin. It is a dunkin donut case and several hot & iced coffee options in various dunkin flavors; inside of the Pilot gas station. The downside is you have to make your own beverage BUT you get to make it to your liking!! Very clean establishment, bathrooms, parking lots. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!

We came through here a year ago and the (self serve) Dunkin was out of everything. Came back a year later and it was the same story. Cream and milk machine was broken, none of the cold coffee was working. All the machines were opened up and stuff everywhere. It looks super nice on the outside but don’t be fooled

Forewarning for other northerners this is not a physical location.
It’s one thing to pay $3 for a cup of coffee back in Boston but they’re actually making it for you but it’s another thing when I have to make it myself and still be charged $3.

Service coffee and donuts were good. Service good and not to crowded . This place has a Very High Customer Count daily . People for some reason love to go here . The next Dunkin donuts is South of Abingdon Virginia . I guess that’s why this place is so busy and it’s very convenient to get off of I 81 North or South to enter the parking lot.

Disappointed that this was not a Dunkin. It is a gas station with Dunkin Doughnuts and self serve coffee only. Should say that it is an express. Luckily there was also an Arby’s there to get breakfast sandwiches
