Turn you damn volume down in the drive up that asks if you are going tobuse you app. It’s like 3 times louder than the human I always talk to on it. Also stop letting your employees park in the mobile pickup spots right in front also with the regular parking spots right in the front of the building entrance. Whats next, oh ya there are no handicapped parking spots anymore so they won’t take those away. Taco Bell already has. Zero handicapped parking spots, isn’t that illegal? ;( Turn on your lights, everytime I go past or go into the parking lot at night, the lights are off. The place looks closed down all the time.

The food is what you expect at tacobell. Reason for th 4 star is that the drive threw is super slow and twice this week my order had issues. My husband is allergic to tomatoes which is why we ordered no tomato on his chalupa that did have tomatoes. Today I ordered on the app and asked for 2 mild sauce 2 hot and 1 fire. I opened my box to a metric ton of sauces, some I never eat. Why allow me to select my sauces if you don’t listen?

They gave us the wrong order, ordered a breakfast steak burrito and they made us the crunchy ground beef burrito, I took it back, let them know we ordered the steak breakfast burrito he argued saying it was steak, I showed him it was ground beef and its supposed to be a breakfast burrito, he remade it with steak but still as a regular burrito not a breakfast burrito…… they have messed up the last 3 times we have been there, time to stop going to this location until they can get their act together

They don’t have anymore caramel apple empanadas but they’re still advertising it! I’m incredibly upset that they’re no longer serving the best dang fast food desserts I can find. Please bring them back

We got there a little before 3pm and the lobby was closed. We were informed at the speaker the food was ready and we were told to pull through to the window.
When we got to the window, the old lady at the window ignored us for another 5 minutes while she put together the orders behind us and took more orders.
It was obvious that was what she was doing since I’ve worked in drive thrus with those same headsets and watched every time she reached up to turn on and off her headset.
When she FINALLY addressed us, she had massive attitude like she was talking to unruly children that needed disciplined.
The companies I’ve worked for have been shoet staffed, exactly like this location and have NEVER treated their customers like that. The companies I’ve worked for would fire people who talked to their customers like that.

May have been the dinner rush, but it felt like it took quite some time for just three soft taco supremes. Also not a huge fan of the order-kiosk and wait to get your drink. Seems inconvenient from the customer’s point of view and the cashier’s point of view.
The soft taco supremes were okay. Crunchwrap was fine too, though the folding on it was botched and it came undone.

Low quality food made and “served” by people with zero regard for you or your order. You are making a mistake if you put any trust in ordering to go. Unprofessional is an understatement when describing the experience.
