Order was completely wrong. Tacos had barely anything in them, ingredients on nachos left on when asked to have them removed, items crushed because of careless packaging, and some items were completely missing all together. Will not be returning to this location.

Good luck getting acknowledged by staff here. Need to pay cash? They ain’t gonna look at ya. Need your pick up order that you can see on the other side of the counter? They ain’t gonna look at ya. Just tried to put an order in at the kiosk, no one acknowledged me whatsoever and the manager is wearing gloves on tbe line while using said gloves to use a tablet. Won’t ever make this mistake again.

Usually this taco bell is pretty good. Today it was absolutely chaotic. I was here to get dinner, and did a mobile order for
pickup. Everyone else was a door dasher. Everyone was waiting in the lobby, and people were getting so pissed that customers started going behind the counter to make their own food. Many people were yelling. The workers weren’t doing anything and did not
start working any faster. Eventually they locked the doors and kicked everyone out, and told them to go through the drive thru. The doordashers that went through the drive thru they turned away and said they couldn’t serve them. I (who was not a door dasher and just wanted my dinner) was told my food would be brought out to me. We have been waiting for 30 minutes, hopefully it’s out soon…

Somehow managed to mess up almost every item we ordered. We specifically don’t order tacobell beef and two of our four burritos came out with beef instead of beans/potatoes. The other two were missing entirely. Didn’t get our drinks from our lux boxes either.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask them to sub beef for chicken AND I PAY EXTRA FOR IT, they STILL cannot read the order and make it with beef anyway. I am so sick of paying for things and not receiving them. DO BETTER. It’s Taco Bell – it’s not that complicated.

Retrain your employees. The past several times I have come, there was something wrong with my order. Do the employees not read the orders? Just today I was given someone else’s order in the drive thru. How hard can it be to remove lettuce when I specifically ask for none?

I had a craving for Taco Bell for the first time in years and placed a mobile order around 11am. The young lady at the window and the gentleman who brought me my food were both very pleasant and polite. I had several modifications on my order and everything was made perfectly. I was in and out within a few minutes. I saw some other negative reviews so I wanted to give my 2 cents and a shout out to this crew!

I went through the drive thru, and no one else was in line. I ordered three doritos tacos supreme and was asked of it was ok if they didn’t have any lettuce. I thought fine, I just wanted some tacos, as long as I get everything else on them I’m good. The people were nice enough, didn’t see a problem so I drove home. Found that my three doritos locos tacos were paper thin with a small scoop of meat and cheese in each one. I have called twice, hoping to just discuss getting some free ones next time I swing by, but after several rings, I get a busy tone and no one will take the call. It just feels lazy and insulting.

I spoke w the manager about a messed up order and he refused to talk w me. I asked for his name and they tried to kick me out of the drive thru. He refused to talk to me anymore and had his workers come and kick me out of the drive thru. I eventually got out of one of them that his name is Calvin. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not advise going to this Taco Bell.
