I am incredibly dissappointed by this location. When we arrived at the drive thru window. The machine volume was either too low or the worker was mumbling. It was practically impossible to order. They also turned the ice cream machine off 2 hours early, and I was very much looking forward to the holiday shake. Matter of a fact it was the whole reason we came… you can imagine how frusturating this is. When we recieved our food it appeared that half the fries had been eaten.

Placed a mobile order at 11:20 PM, arrived at 11:45 PM only to find out they’ve been closed for almost an hour. Why are you accepting mobile orders if you are not open? The employee cleaning up was nice but this is extremely frustrating. Owners need to turn off mobile orders if they aren’t open.

Service was a .5 at best kinda wish they’d let me put 0. Food was good so shout out to the cook. Looking at the previous reviews customer services has been an issue for a long time. Damn get ya people together sonic.

Terrible. Carbonation was wrong on my soda. The mens room was more of a construction zone than a bathroom. Slow service, broken menu screens in the dining room. You have to ring the “doorbell” to get anyone’s attention for a napkin or ketchup

Terrible service!!
No one answers at kiosk, employee can’t hear me yelling hello inside, yet answers at the drive thru right away.
2 people working, no other guests and it takes 15 minutes for our food because one employee is sitting on their phone in the kitchen while one employee makes the food. When the food is ready, she brings it to the window without a word, hands me the bag and closes the window. If the place can’t keep friendly employees, just close. We were the only customers there the entire time

Food was cold no milk shakes available waited 20+ minutes for our order which would have been fine if the food was hot. Unfortunately wasn’t satisfied and the only employee that seemed to be doing anything was a younger woman in two French braids. If she wasn’t there we probably wouldn’t have even gotten our order in the first place

Horrible, terrible, disgusting, nauseating!
This location doesn’t deserve one star. Absolutely horrible and the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Couldn’t have been more disappointed.
After years of watching Sonic TV commercials, we finally decided to try it for lunch. The wait was longer than expected, but what we received wasn’t worth the wait or the money. Tried calling the number on the receipt, but the number was not in service.
The Sonic cheeseburger was ice cold! When the burger was un-wrapped, it was covered with lettuce that should’ve been discarded. It was an absolute mess. After 2 bites I threw it out. It was absolutely disgusting.
The chocolate shake wasn’t mixed. After about ten minutes of stirring with the straw, it was drinkable.
I should’ve turned around when I saw the huge weeds growing outside the building.

would not recommend this location at all. looked like there was only one person working and that person did not have the work ethic or customer service etiquette to be the only person working. i waited for 40 minutes for my food to be wrong and for them to out of things.

Went thru drivethru. Ordered #3 with no onions, tots, small coke. Customer in front of me must’ve had a problem as a young lady came out and got my money then brought me my food. I tipped her $5.00 for going above and beyond in this cold weather. Got on the highway reached in my bag. No napkins, tots are cold and burger has onions. Scrapped off Burger but couldn’t finish it as the onion taste was all through it. Luckily I had a spare shirt to use as a napkin. Not a pleasant visit, first and last time I’ll go here. EDIT: I’ll probably go back as everyone can have a bad day. Can’t let one visit judge the restaurant.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I waited at the drive in stall for 20 minutes, after checking in for placing a mobile order. Eventually I drove up to the window, where she told me she didn’t have the topping I requested, but offered no alternatives. She also was confused when I asked for a chocolate blast…I suggested “just add chocolate syrup.” And the blast machine was broken and it was a shake. So it was almost entirely melted with all of the toppings at the bottom and the chocolate syrup only on the top. Rude employee.
