Dined here this evening and the food seemed pleasant at first. Ordered the bourbon grilled chicken and after the second bite tasted cleaning solvent. I shared a bite with a friend and she confirmed the soapy like taste. Management offered to subtract this meal off the ticket and offered a complimentary meal. I requested a bacon cheeseburger with fries to go. Went to go pay for the ticket and their tip calculation is way off. The bill was roughly $30, added a 20% tip which would’ve amounted to $6 BUT according to their calculation on the kiosk, the tip was coming up to over $12. Make that make sense. Anyway moving on, getting back to my complimentary bacon cheeseburger to go. I was on my way home eating my fries and then switched over to take a bite of my juicy bacon cheeseburger, only to discover there was NO patty, NO bacon and NO cheese only a lonely bun, lettuce and tomato. Do better Applebees!

Honestly this is the very best Applebees I have ever been to. Fast, Friendly Service. The food tasted Amazing, and our server was fantastic!!! The Drink was AMAZINGLY BETTER THAN IT LOOKS!!!! I would definitely recommend. We are from outta town and came for the Connie Mack World Series and were treated very well and the food was really good! I would definitely recommend!

The kitchen was out of everything. I ended up with the wrong cut of steak that was served by not our server. The food was good and the server was great. She was very helpful and even did her best to get me a discount on my meal due to the wrong cut of steak. I ended up with 10% off my meal. The new environment is nice, however are a restaurant when you are out of half your menu? Kind makes me think they got the leftover food donation that they are making into meals in the back.

Nachos were burnt with very little beef and not enough cheese. They were tasty though. Ordered our burgers medium rare, they killed them lile crispy critters! Fries weren’t even warm much less hot. Gave them another try, haven’t been impressed in the past! I think this will be our last visit.

Needed a place to stop by and grab a beer n a bite and couldn’t have been more impressed. The food came out hot and quick, beer was cold. The service was great, I believe I had the opportunity to deal with a bartender named Deserae and she was awesome, definitely will be back, keep up the good work

Awful food and awful customer service. DO NOT eat at this restaurant or have food delivered from this place.
I ordered food for delivery and the there was missing items. The same exact missing item from the exact same order several weeks ago. Also, the food was COLD like it had been put in a freezer. The fried shrimp tasted like it was fried in rancid/old oil.
First time I called to speak to a manger I was hung up on. The second time I called I spoke with Tanya who didn’t hang up on me but could not help me and didn’t seem concerned about her staff’s poor preparation and food quality.
DO NOT EAST AT THIS RESTAURANT. ONLY FARMINGTON, NM CAN SCREW UP THE QUALITY OF A CHAIN RESTAURANT.

This is like an Applebee’s from the early 2000s, awesome! Our waitress was busy but friendly and on top of it! She could give lessons on service and organization. The floor manager was keeping everything running smooth. The restaurant was clean, food consistently great and OMG the menu! I’ve not seen that great of a menu in years…please share with Wyoming and South Dakota!

RUBIE was great. Made our experience so much fun. Food was delicious, beer was cold & atmosphere great. All the staff were good. My 90yr old Mother ate every bite of her sirloin.

The food was amazingly fresh and well cooked. Got it right on the medium-well steak, and the green beans were seamed not boiled. My server was sooo on point. I was extremely impressed . Probably won’t visit Outback anymore.
