I’ve been going to this location for years and I have never been more disappointed. The Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich used to be huge with a lot of turkey meat on it. The turkey even tasted dry and hardly had any sauce. And I paid over $12 for this!! I can go to another sandwich shop and get something of more value and quality. They downed their portions and increased their prices. Ridiculous. I don’t even think that I’ll be coming back.

Stopped here for a quick sugary treat. I had the gingerbread mummy cookie (Halloween special) which was delicious! They had a decent variety of fresh pastries that were all eye candy to us. Unfortunately I was too full at the time to get more than one item. We ordered at the counter, took a seat at an empty table and waited about 3 minutes for them to bring our dessert out. It was almost completely empty when we went on a Monday evening! I hope to return to try out their sandwiches and soups.

@kneaders- please tell me how this is worth $10.69. I ordered a turkey cranberry sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home that there absolutely no cranberry sauce was on it. So now I just wasted $10.69 on a dry turkey sandwich . Makes me not want to ever come back.

I was in Yesterday March 6 around 3 o’clock I bought French brownie. I think the cost was $3.89and I bought a croissant. I did check it out when I left there got home and I’ve never seen such a small brownie for the price that it is. That’s a ridiculous price. I won’t be buying there anymore. I just wanted to let you know that that price was really ridiculous for the size it is. I just want you to check into it because that’s kind of a rip off. Thank you.

Our family picked Kneaders for our Valentines lunch date this year and left feeling extremely disappointed in our experience. We arrived right around noon and as we ordered we were told they were out of chips already for the day, they ran out of applesauce for the kids meals, there was no ice in the foyer drink dispenser along with no carbonation in our drinks. The tables and floor were also not clean which added to the disappointment. My husband ordered the French dip and had hardly any beef on the sandwich. For the quality and standard we have always thought Kneaders to have, today we left thinking we would not return again.

Kneaders has a new sandwich! It has grilled chicken, tomato, avocado, and red onion with a cream cheese ranch spread! You can never go wrong with the pastries as well! Everything tastes amazing! The place was clean and organized as well!

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Ordered an eclair and turkey bacon avocado sandwich and…..look. Hardly any turkey and barely any bottom bread to the one side of the sandwich… For $18. No thanks.
Do not waste your time here. Overall Kneaders doesn’t deserve any starts.

Food preparation was ok. Portions were very small In comparison to what I paid for. I could have made the same sandwich at home for half the cost and enjoy eating it.

I frequent this location often and generally enjoy coming here. However, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about my visit today. I stopped in for lunch on 1/7/26. While waiting for my to-go order (a delicious French dip for promo day ), I overheard an interaction between a customer and who I believe was the manager.
The customer mentioned that something was missing from their order, and the manager—a middle aged woman with dark brown hair and a blonde streak—
She was polite, understanding, and gave good customer service, which is what I normally experience here (I swear this location has some of the best customer service I’ve seen, trust me, I go to kneaders a lot)
However, once she turned away from the customer to speak to the kitchen staff, her demeanor completely changed. A switch flipped. Her face dropped into what looked a scowl, and she spoke to them in a such condescending tone, almost yelling, over what seemed like a simple mistake.
As soon as the order was remade and handed back, her attitude shifted again and she was back to being very kind and apologetic to the customer. The contrast was pretty jarring. Makes me wonder how staff are treated when customers aren’t around. I’m hoping it was an off day. But if that’s really how she treats the staff… just WOW… I feel bad for the staff.

I usually love Kneaders, but not this time. I ordered a cranberry turkey on sourdough for my wife, then got home to find that it wasn’t changed to sourdough, so my wife got a croissant for the bread. For myself I ordered a classic turkey on white. The bread was cut so thin it was falling apart in my hands. The turkey was crumbly and dry, and to make that issue worse there was only about a teaspoon of the special sandwich sauce that makes these sandwiches so good. So I got a dry, falling apart in my hands, tasteless sandwich for about 15 bucks. Sorry, but I know that isn’t what the owners expect from their brand!
