Decent fast food and decent prices. Tacos are awesome and I love the chicken wraps. Haven’t had any issues with ordering at drive-thru at this place, unlike other fast food joints where they get the order wrong every time.

Ordered food and they forgot curly fries. Ordered tacos and almost no lettuce in them. This is the third time I have used this location and the third time they messed up a order. I guess I will not be coming back here a fourth. All of the other locations in area are awesome.

My food was fresh. They have the monster tacos advertised everywhere in the drive through but didn’t have them when I tried to order them. The person was hard to understand due to his accent you just have to listen a little closer. He was a bit stand offish when I asked about when they’d have the monster tacos again and said he didn’t know and that they should take down the posters since they don’t have them right now. Once you get him talking his personality showed a little more. I love Jack in the box curly fries.

I got a chicken sandwich at 10 at night at this restaurant and it was tasty. If you told me to make you a chicken sandwich at 10 at night, I’d tell you to go eat rocks, so I really appreciate the people that run this place all day and all night.

Pulled up to the 24-7 drive through and was told they only accept online orders at this time so I circle around and place an online order meanwhile another car pulls up in front of me and the cashier decides to take their order which was significantly longer than mine. 0/10 would not recommend this location for late night food.

Update 3/10/25 1:51 PM – I took your suggestion to come back to the store. Once again, the service is substandard. The cashier employee was more interested in taking out the trash than me standing at the counter for 5 minutes. It is very clear that the employees are more interested in anything other than the customer standing at the counter. When time is short for lunch, i expect a fast food restaurant to provide SERVICE to the customer and not be treated like an inconvenience……This is a newly remodeled Jack in the Box. The remodel was basically exterior and some minor changes for the kitchen and point of sale. There is now a kiosk installed. However, it is not functional. It took the cashier approximately 5 minutes to even come to the counter to take the order. There were five employees present in the back. It appeared the focus was strictly on drive-thru with no attention to the front lobby. The multi flavor soda machine has been removed for a standard Coke machine. The food was adequate. However, the service was seriously lacking, and it is disappointing that the multi flavored soda machine has been removed.

Never again. We run here often because it’s down the road from us, so it’s convenient. Tonight our 2 hamburgers were half hamburgers, my junior jumbo jack was disgusting (see photo as to how I got it), my husband got 2 fish that he couldn’t eat because they were in pieces. One came dressed with tartar, lettuce and cheese, the other – nothing on it. Very disappointing!!
