Combo meals average $13 each, but you get a lot of food. Wide selection of breakfast burritos and tacos. Our order did take longer than expected. There’s plenty of parking, however the entrance to the drive-through is very narrow. The food quality is about what you expect for fast food in general. I liked the new chocolate filled churros. All in all this is a good place to go to fill your belly semi-quickly.

Food is amazing. But if I show up at midnight and on here it says they close at one they always lie and say they closed at 12.
I’ve also arrived 30 minutes after their open time and no cars were in the driveway and all the lights were off. I’m stubborn and I love their food so I waited (I just got off work at the hospital and I was craving a Cali Burrito, Sue me) over 20 minutes. A car arrived and then they helped me. Burrito was delicious.
Problem is their workers don’t know their own operating hours. Or if they do, they don’t respect how important consistency in that department is.
So until I stop getting turned away during business hours you get a 1/5.

I will not be purchasing food from victoricos again. Their food is good but they never get my order correct. Today was the third time they put cheese in my surf and turf burrito. They increase their prices while their service quality has gone down. I will be spending my money somewhere else.

I go through the drive through at least 2 times per month, then drive 20 minutes home. Even if I check my order, at least 50% of the time they forget something….tortillas…Refried beans…sauce…etc. I have changed how I ordered since the menu changed. Still they can’t seem to get it right. Tomorrow when I go in to complain about no Refried beans in my Vics-a-dilla they will hand me a tub of beans for last night’s mistake. Not good enough. I’m not going back.

Some months ago Victoria’s explained to its customers that prices had to rise….and they did. By and large customers understand that prices do rise and we accept it.. What customers do not accept, on top of higher prices, is when the quality of the food is reduced. Twice in a row my $12.50 carne asada burrito was 95+% rice and beans. There been a few bits bits of carne asada on the burrito but in no way can it be called a “carne asada burrito”. $12.50 is WAY too much for what amounts to plain bean rice burrito. Note: Customers will always pay more but will never put up with reduced quality.

Sometimes they forget my salsa, napkins, or my daughters entire enchilada or wrongly assume we are too white to handle the hot sauce, but we still keep coming back because it’s so good. Thanks for keeping a local flavor!

I ordered a chimichanga!! It was HUGE! When I read what was in it it didn’t say anything about having bell peppers in it (which I can’t eat). But I ate around them because it was still really good. I’ll eat here Again, I’ll just order something different next time. Their churros are really good too!

Absolutely horrible their limes ruined their already terrible pozole.
Pozole has no flavor, super greasy just bland.
Their limes are old, dry and do not taste good at all. Last time coming here.

Inconsistent. if you order a classic burrito with Asada, it’s about doubled the size if instead, you ordered the grilled chicken version of the same classic burrito. Do better

Friendly service. Disapointed in the breakfast burrito. Usually they’re great. This time it was just potatos and cheese with a little bacon. I’d rather pay a little more to compensate for egg prices then have a potato burrito. Blek.
