I enjoy elfies it’s a great place to meet friends and have a lunch or dinner that won’t break the bank. Serving consistently good food at a reasonable price. The server is always good and consistent. Good burgers, Reuben, fish and chips are things I have had. Looking for a casual place to meet a friend or a work lunch consider Alfie’s.

I got the best reuben sandwich i’ve ever had. For my side, they had a veggie kebab. You could pick fries.
But I love the idea of a veggie kebab. It was just as good as the reuben. Even on a Friday night, we were lucky enough to get a table right away. Our waitress did a great job of checking on us. She happily did single checks.

Our small girls group decided to go here for our holiday dinner. We had all been here before and liked the food and ambieance. The staff was attentive, quick, and the portions were large; however, the flavor was missing. I had chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce, which i could not eat because it tasted like vinegar. Fortunately I had ranch dressing from an appetizer that I used instead. Some of the chicken was rubbery and would not cut. It was a disappointing meal and the food tasted like it could have been from any restaurant anywhere. One bad meal does not mean I wont try it again as Alfies has been a staple of the community for a long time.

In honor of Grandma Henry! We came here with a big group last minute after our grandmothers funeral and they were able to accommodate us. Grandma and Grandpa loved this place and we will always think of them after a burger loin here.

This restaurant has been around for many years and it has been managed by the same family for generations.
The family has done a good job with maintaining the consistency, quality and quantity of the food that comes out of their kitchen.
They always offer lots different daily lunch and dinner specials to keep you coming back for more deliciously fresh cooked meals.
Some of my favorites are the buffalo wings, onion rings, amigo cheese burger, corned beef sandwich, the char-broiled chicken sandwich, the pork chop and chicken tortilla soup, just to name a few.
If you go in the summer and it happens to be a nice day, asked to be seated in their outdoor patio.
If you’re looking for an old fashioned restaurant with awesome food, good service, at reasonable prices, than you should check this place out.

1st time for dinner.
Everything was good… Food, service, atmosphere. It is definitely the place to go if you want a darker, old English kind of setting. Not very current decor, but homey.

We stopped in and each had the quarter pound burgers and fries. The restaurant was busy, but service was extremely slow. The food arrived and it was fine, but had little flavor. The problem, however, was that we ordered the burgers well-done, and there was pink in the centers. We ate around it, left what was pink.
When paying our bill I noted that when someone orders well-done there should be no pink–that can be dangerous. The cashier said, “did you tell the waitress?” Okay, so it’s my fault? I wasn’t expecting anything–just tell the cooks to prepare it properly in the future. The cashier reiterated that we should have told the waitress. She was very dismissive and clearly did not care.
Poor customer service with food that that was only mediocre.

I can see how this place might be charming to the locals that have been around as long as it has been. But Alfies is not good food. Across their expansive menu, those in the know only recommend “only get the burger” and “get a vodka soda”.
