As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First time @ this location and the food was great!! I had the Bistro Buford Combo.. the burger was huge (if you live in Brookhaven you know why that’s a big deal to me) the fries was hot & crispy!! I was very pleased!! I hope we get a Rally’s & our workers take pride like these workers!!

No public bathrooms & a pretty trashy area. They were a little busy in the drive thru so we understood we would have to wait a little bit when we walked up to order. However, the workers here showed no interest in taking our order in a timely manner. When we were waited on, the attitude was as if it was an inconvenience that we walked up to order. Prices are decent. Food was bland.

Waited 20 minutes… got home food was wrong and my blue kool aid slush wasn’t even blue… mostly ice. I Know they like kool aid so they definitely knew it wasn’t made right. Employees coming to work smoking all the way up til the door opens to let them in, and next to the cars in drive, good thing my window was up. I Didn’t feel like complaining because I waited too long. The raymond rd/McDowell location is far BETTER…worth the 6 min drive time.

I ordered a mother cruncher and said no tomatoes and when I received my food it wasn’t nothing on there but bread, chicken, and barbecue. I called and told the manager all she said was ok didn’t volunteer to remake the order no nothing. I literally had to ask so what are you guys going to do about it. Just sad.
