I went with a throw back french dip that did not disaapoint. The hubby tried the classic gyro which he enjoyed. James took our order with ease and pleasantries. He even accepted our coupon code for buy one get one free sandwich. Worth a stop in for good food served hot.

Staff was great. Walked in and it was burnt smoky grease smoke in whole place. Peach desert was only decent thing I ate. Got serenaded by someone eating in lobby. Just an extremely interesting stop for food.

I went to Arby’s today on Dunn Avenue, wonderful experience. I was greeted by a young lady called Red. She smiled, very courteous and polite. My food was delicious also.

I’ve never been to this location and I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while. When I come I enjoy getting one of their Rubens and I am always usually satisfied. I was very disappointed as you can see in the picture there was hardly any meat on my sandwich and the bread was cold

Reuben sandwich, delicious. Husband said the BBQ pork was great. But the BEST thing was James, new employee? Haven’t seen him before. Friendly, helpful, even brought our food to the table. While we watched 3 young female employees apparently all thinking they deserved a break (behind the registers, talking, laughing, not working) James was cleaning tables, floors, soda counter. Food is always good here, but these young girls need uptraining in customer service and what it means to work! Kudos to James. Hope to have the pleasure of his presence next time we’re in. Great BOGO and other deals always online. For 2 adults, we eat for @ $12. Cannot beat it!
