I would like if just one time i can go and get a burger that doesnt look like an angry child made it. Its out of the box and the sauce is usually more on the box and in the bag than on the actual burger. Its frustrating. Especially for a ten dollar burger.. tried to give them a second chance. Parked closer to the entrance and tipped hoping it would help. Its worse today

Worst service, slow in drive through. I was the the only vehicle. Probably 3-4 wait before I was acknowledged on speaker. Ordered a smasher and tots. Got to window and they had added and additional combo. Made em take it off. BURGER looks as if they did something to it. I got home looked at it and put in trash, want eat. Check 477 Tray DT3 Sunday at 6:29 pm. I live in the area and stop about 1x a week. This is my last time. Customer service is poor. Been on Camp for over 20 years.

Firstly, lady was extremely rude. My husband told her thank you and she ignored us and hurriedly handed him the drinks (no, they weren’t busy at all). And THEN, I get home I notice that my real fruit strawberry slushy has little to no real fruit in it. I wouldn’t care as much if the lady’s attitude wasn’t already leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

I love this Sonic. The food and drinks are always great. My experience most recently however was not great. Quite expensive actually. Sonic, PLEASE invest in security cameras. A man parked at the trashcan threw a rock at my back window instantly shattering it on Sunday March 13th because my husband asked them to move since we had to back up to go around them to exit. The accident took place approximately 1:36pm that day.

This Sonic is fast and friendly. Had an issue with getting incorrect sandwich manager personally fixed and didn’t make me feel like a scam artist. Always bring my kids along crew is very respectful and friendly towards my kids as well. Definitely one of the better Sonics’ in the Pulaski area will continue to eat here and recommend to others

Walked up and ordered two chili cheese dogs, french fries, and cherry limeades. The hot dogs were hot and covered in traditional chili and real shredded cheese. Fries were hot and crunchy and not over-salted. Cherry limeade was tart and sweet. Service from Angel was awesome.
