I prefer visiting this Sonic restaurant because it’s conveniently close to my home. However, the exceptional service and consistently fresh food make it worth driving to. The customer service is consistently excellent, and I’m always satisfied with how quickly I receive my order. The drinks are consistently excellent, and I recommend trying a “dirty” drink next time you visit. I highly recommend this location.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and pickle fries and it took 40 mins for the fries to come out a greasy mess and mozzarella sticks were cold. We just kept getting told it’ll be out with no explanation.

Went there tonight to get me and my family some food. We had been sitting there waiting a good 20 minutes for our order to be taken when the guy finally comes on the speaker right at 11:00, asks me what I’d like to order and then proceeds to cut me off as I’m trying to tell him what I’d like and says ‘oh never mind mam sorry we’re closed’. I told him we had been waiting 20 minutes but got no response back. I hit the red button again only for him to again tell me they are closed.
I stopped the carhop that came out with someone else’s order and again reiterated that we had been waiting 20 minutes and we would like our order to be taken. It was late, we were hungry but all she said to me was that the guy who spoke to me on the speaker is the manager and if he’s not gonna take my order then he’s just not gonna take my order.
I would understand if we had shown up 5 minutes or less before closing time but we sat there waiting for someone to take our order for 20 minutes! If we had already been waiting for a good amount of time before closing then I feel like it should be good practice and courteous to go ahead and take our order.
I understand that they were backed up but again I had already been sitting there for a while! That’s just crappy! We just wanted a quick bite after a long day but now we are stuck in a long line at Taco Bell and we are exhausted! I can’t believe that manger!

Food was good, selections great,but our Server appeared to put out because we asked for napkins. We thanked her, but she never said a word . Wiith all of the food establishment choices, I like to know that my patronage is appreciated too!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a slush and it’s only juice or liquid on top and the rest of the cup is filled with ice. It’s only happening at this location. The location is convenient but I’ll have to go out the way to get a decent slush going forward.
