Food was over cooked, everything fried was dark- when was the oil last changed. 4 slices of zucchini was a side?
Waited 5m for someone to come to the drive up window – while 4 people made eye contact but apparently it wasn’t their “job”. Wanted to like this option but I don’t think this will be in our rotation.

Maybe would have been better if I didn’t see a palmetto bug . The waitress said they just sprayed for bugs recently. But not what I wanted to see beside my table on floor. Waitress was very nice .

Happy St. Patrick’s day! Was expecting the full blown experience but received mediocre everything. Music, atmosphere, green beer, entertainment and food
Food looked great but tasted terrible. Cabbage overcooked, corned beef was cold and very dry.
Steak undercooked then overcooked and over seasoned. Shrimp not crunchy but very soggy.
Just don’t bother with this franchise. It’s been consistently bad for as long as I can remember.

I grew up minutes away from this spot and I was so excited to be back and show friends. We left so disappointed. The food was good and the atmosphere was beautiful but the service was so bad. I apologize I don’t remember her name but she was super pretty with really cool tattoos. She came to our table, we didn’t know what we wanted and she just walked away. No recommendations, no “do we have any questions?” Nothing. She comes back and I order a drink, and an appetizer, before my friends could say anything she was ready to walk away and we had to speak up so she didn’t leave. Oh, I also asked her to try a sauce and never received it. No true checkups, no questions about how was the food, and my friend caught her rolling her eyes when we asked for another drink which we just ended up cancelling because no need to make her day worse than what it was. If she was having a bad day I hope it’s better and if she just hates her job I hope she finds better.

This was not a good experience. The food was decent, but as I wrote to the restaurant…
I dined at this location with a friend last night (1/29/25). We told the waitress we were going to share our dinner, and to please give us some extra plates when the food arrived. I also ordered a beer. We asked the waitress to bring the beer, and my friend’s salad, first and hold off on the entrees, so we had time to eat the salad, and I, drink the beer.
It took a very long time before she came back, and when she did it was to tell me you did not have the beer I wanted, so I ordered a different one. Again, a very long time before she returned. This time with the beer, and the salad. She left, and we expected she was going back to bring the extra bowl that she neglected to bring (originally she said “…don’t worry, I got you covered”). Well, she didn’t.
We waited quite a while, and then asked the young boy who seated us (as he walked by our table bussing a different table) if we could get us an extra bowl. He did immediately!
As we finally started the salad and beer, here comes our waitress with our entrees, although we weren’t ready for them. And when we reminded her about extra plates she said, “I don’t know if we have other clean plates.”
Really???
Eventually, she came back with two small plates (after we used paper towels to clean out our salad bowls of leftover lettuce and dressing).
Although she did not deserve it, we gave her a more than generous tip and left. This morning I thought about our experience, and it bothered me so much I simply had to write to you.
Also, while I am at it, the table we sat at (booth near front window) was EXTREMELY sticky. So, overall this was not the type of dining experience I have when I usually go to the Winter Haven restaurant.
I hope you take to heart my comments. If I felt this way, I sure there are others that feel the same way also. Thank you for your time.

Pictures shown–we had to move dipping sauces placed on the sticky table to the top of the drink menu because they STUCK to table and we could not pass them back and forth otherwise. And the picture shows the small salad bowl I used to eat my half the salmon and veggies we shared. My friend used her bowl for the chicken and fries I shared with her.

Food was good for bar food. Quick service, friendly atmosphere and staff. Tuesday night is free Bingo. You get 6 chances to win coupons from $5.00 – $25 00 to use on a different night. Check for other themed nights like Trivia, Karaoke or maybe another game. It’s makes for a fun night without breaking the bank.

Service seemed slower than normal. Maybe understaffed but the food was amazing. We enjoyed watching all the games. Wait staff was Friendly. Took a long time to get the take out boxes and the check. Food was hot and plentiful.

First time here and I definitely had a great time. Love the food and the folks. I’ve driven across the country for years but never seen a chef salad that I thought looked good. The Chef salad has always looked cheap , but then today I have seen the one Chef salad that changed my life. This has layers of meat and was satisfying and filling. Hats off to the Chef. If I didn’t start singing praises about Yashi the good lord would curse me. After traveling the country every week the locals are spoiled. Now locals please forgive me but you have the best. She is on top of her game. She never forgets about someone or does she dissappear and insult you when she’s back. Yashi and her friends provide the TOP NOTCH service. The SERVERS you have every night is what makes the visitors LOVE this place. My apologies , I just can’t stop about how great this place is. I’m only human.

Sunday night we went to have dinner at between 5:30ish. There were 2 “young girls” maybe 10 and 12. One was working behind the bar the other one was waiting on customers. So we waited to be seated and nobody came to seat us. Just kept looking at us. Finally heading I gave a what’s going on gesture and the one at the bar put her head down. This was after we had been standing there for quite awhile. I don’t know what was going at your place that night but we were quite disappointed. So eventually we left and went somewhere else to have dinner. I am not sure if you are even aware. We have been coming to your place for the past 6 years. ☹️☹️
