I have loved this place for years and it is still delicious. But over the years they have decreased the amount of chicken in their famous bulls and the no longer give you a cookie with the meal. I am falling out of love with this place because of how much they are skimping on the chicken. The staff made my order quickly. We didn’t talk but they seemed friendly enough.

Out of food had to wait 15 minutes. Take out, fries so salty no one could eat them. Even chicken and biscuits too salty, and I like salt. Only thing good was the cole slaw. Will be going to Popeyes from now on.

I always like KFC meals, and normally U just do a drive through. This time I went into the store Abba I was greeted by a walk of kiosks. I guess gone are the days off customer service. Well I ordered and waited, and waited and waited. Mind you there were no other customers before or after me and the drive thru only had 1 car in line when I walked in. I finally asked about my order and it had been done for 10 minutes and no one called my name. They did not offer to freshen up the order.
While I waited, and last in a wheelchair came in and tried to use the kiosks and wasn’t able to. Several employees walked right past her and didn’t even acknowledge her. Finally, I asked if I could help and I tried, but ultimately I had to track down an employee to help her. I’m sure the kiosks were added for a reason, but don’t let them take away your customer service and humanity. I miss the days when ordering food was simple.

You are expected to order through the kiosk, but then all three orders had mistakes. What are the employees doing now?
Obviously not cooking the food and observing quality control standards.
The staff were nice, but I cannot eat and do not pay for nice. Would not visit this restaurant again.

Place was dirty no clean tables so we decided to do to go. Order was not only wrong for us but 2 other groups. Chicken was soggy and wet with breading falling off missing items just not worth the 60 dollars that used to be 25 . And that was when the chicken was good. KFC do better.

I put in an online order for pickup. I got there and they said “we’re almost done come back in 10.” I parked and waited about 10 minutes and walked inside, no one came to the front desk and after 10 more minutes I went back to my car and through the drive through where I was told “Could you come inside to order because we are very backed up.” I expressed I had gone inside and no one came to the desk and my order should be done I just need it handed to me. They told me again to come inside rather than through the empty drive through. I went back inside and after another 10 minute wait I was handed my food. It was not well made and not worth the money, trip, or time.

[Drive-thru order]
Haven’t eaten or ordered anything from KFC in a long while, and decided to try their new “spicy chicken sandwich” meal. It came with a decent size piece of chicken; the pickles were crunchy; and the sauce was comparable to Popeye’s.
It’s was good, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to order this again. I have to admit it was better than Popeye’s chicken sandwich—although they’re very similar.
This location and sandwich deserves a solid 3.5 rating based on my experience.

Have self-serve kiosks. Country fried steak special not on the kiosk. Stood while one made food while another with a drive through head set came up to the till and would not look up and walked away. They wouldn’t help. An old couple behind me were also ignored. Waited for 12 minutes and left, they did too. Kiosks do not mean ignoring those present. 10.8.25 @ 1120.

How is this place still open? Husband and I came by last week at 8pm. they don’t close till 10pm. They were out of chicken and said it would be 20-25min, we left. Thought we would try again and came back a week later on a Fri at 7:30pm AND AGAIN they said they were out of chicken- They said It was a busy night and just sold the last chicken to the car in front of us and it would be 20-25min, WE LEFT. There were cars behind us, no one got chicken . IT’S A FREAKIN CHICKEN JOINT!! HOW ARE YOU OUT OF CHICKEN We will not be back!! OBVIOUSLY- POPEYES IS NEVER OUT OF CHICKEN- money spent elsewhere.
