My little sister (12) got an undercooked McChicken today. She ate majority of it before noticing. She went back to the store and was met with accusations and no accountability. They told her that she didn’t even get the sandwich from that location. No refund was given. They took the receipt back. They are very disgusting at this location. My sister can get very sick from this and they don’t care.

I’m a disabled person (wheelchair). On 3/9 at about 7:30pm I ordered a meal on the App for drive thru pickup, however when I arrived at the drive thru window I realized that, I made a mistake and ordered it for counter pickup. There were no cars in the drive thru, and despite me having my handicap decal displayed they refused to hand me my food thru the window. I was told that, I would have to park, pull out my wheelchair and come inside to retrieve my order. For chicken nuggets, and a frozen drink. The app would not allow me to cancel my order. I tried to call the store to speak with the manager, but the phone number listed online is not operational. I come to this location about 2 to 3 times a week. I will address my concerns with corporate. This is very disappointing.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a few cheeseburgers with extra ketchup, onions and pickles. Someone there thought it would be funny to add hot sauce to my cheeseburgers. I don’t find it amusing and saved the evidence. My lawyer will be filling a lawsuit this morning. We’ll see who’s laughing in court!

After a long line for the drive-thru I decided to place the order. To pick up at the counter when we entered there were two people who had been given the wrong order and an Uber waiting the same and a table waiting for food well I told them no order. It was a mobile order they took a long time for the order they gave the drinks to the person in front of me and then they took them away and gave them to me they were watered down since it was a vanilla shake and a frappe when I saw the order already outside the Shopping because the line reached the traffic light at 112 I saw that in the happy meal they didn’t put the toy the chicken nuggets were really bad and the fries were totally cold there were too many people working and they don’t have customer service at all in general that place is a disaster and it costs a lot for them not to give you good food

Terrible manager. Sunday 8. Around 3:30. Believe his name is Xavier. Would not give me his last name. Arrogant and condecending.Nice way to treat a 77 year old. What a jerk surely you can do better. Check this stores review. Mostly 1 star. Dosnt that tell you something? Clean up your act.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. In two separate occasions the food took over 20 minutes, Got my order incorrect. I purchased a pair of the grinch socks, which they told me was out of stock I then asked them for a refund for the item that they didn’t have and they offered me a different menu item instead. When I declined and requested for a refund after one of the employees told me that I would need to cancel my order and redo it the manager on shift did not know how to do a refund this place seriously lacks training and needs to be shut down for a couple days to have their employees trained properly very slow, unprofessional unhelpful service. I ended up getting a refund after the manager had to call a manager from a separate location to teach her how to do it, that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. How did she get the title as a manager.

I think this is the worst McDonald’s in all of Florida — actually, in the entire USA. Every single time I order through the mobile app, it’s a complete mess. They always get something wrong.

Today, I placed my order ten minutes before arriving and marked that I was already there. When I got there, my order wasn’t even ready — I had to wait another 10 minutes. And when they finally brought it out, it was the wrong order (the fries were missing).

Then, when they brought the fries and I checked again, there were still more things missing. It’s always the same issue with this location.

I’m not coming back again, and I really hope they fix this problem.

The people working here are super rude and disrespectful. I drove up to the window 01/26/2026 at 12:38 am and a lady that has dark hair proceeded to ignore me at the window while leaning on a machine laughing with her co-worker. I beeped to let her know I was there since on Google Maps it’s says they are supposed to open, she continued to laugh with the other worker and ignored me until I beeped 3 more times. Then finally she rolled her eyes at me and screamed we are close. Absolutely terrible service.

I went there looking for a great experience and great food and got the opposite of that. I ordered and I can admit I left the details out for my burger but when I got to the window they denied remaking the sandwich which I didn’t understand it’s just one patty and two buns I didn’t understand why it would be such a hassle so I went around and reordered and I realized they made my ice cream without a napkin or gloves which is very unhygienic and violates your food code none the less I asked them to remake it and a boy at the window ask did I lick it and I stated no and he laughed and made me throw out the old one I had out on the floor which I didn’t mind and remade it but I didn’t feel safe eating the new one, I don’t know how people are these days. Will be calling corporate in the morning to report this issue becasue this is unacceptable !!!

At 9:26 am this morning, I ordered a Caramel Macchiato at McDonald’s and was told it was not available at that time. This is completely unacceptable. McDonald’s promotes these items as part of their menu, and customers should be able to order them during the morning hours. If the franchise owner is aware of this issue and allows it to continue, it raises serious questions about whether this location deserves to operate under the McDonald’s name while failing to deliver the quality and consistency our community expects.
