I did an order on the app and ordered a few things. One of those things being a frosty. When I got there and went through the drive thru, they said everything was ready. When I received my food, I didn’t receive my frosty. When I asked about it, I had to show them my receipt to prove I had ordered one. They then told me the machine wasn’t working. I then asked to be refunded for the frosty that I paid for. Someone else, I’m assuming a manager, came to the window and said I have to do it through the app. Then said hang on one sec and never came back. The young kid working the window came back a few minutes later and asked me to pull forward. I never received my refund because there isn’t an option on the app to request a refund. The online order said everything was fulfilled. Communication by staff could’ve been significantly better and kinder. Wendy’s also needs to work on their app to make it more user friendly. The food I did receive was excellent tho besides not having a lot of cheese on the loaded fries.

Let me be the first to say I HATE leaving bad reviews, but I have never seen a fast food restaurant this dirty. From the front entrance being covered in cigarette butts, open holes in the ceiling, crumbs and food all over the seats, food splatters on everything, and the drink machine overflowing all over the floor in big puddles…. This place needs a new manager.

Everyone was super nice, the bathroom was clean and even though they were out of swiss cheese they made me a bomb sandwich. Like look at all that bacon . The fries were super fresh and I burnt my mouth trying to wolf em down. Yes the building is older but the people and food make this Wendy’s great. If I’m ever back over this way I’ll be stopping again.

$7 for a coke and French Fries. Ordered Large. Container came half filled. Went to get ketchup, no containers. Had to dump fries in bag and use container for the ketchup holder. Half the drinks were out on the soda machine. Shoes literally sticking to the floor as I’m walking to find a table amongst a dining room of dirty tables that hadn’t been wiped down all day. Outside is littered. Just a dirty atmosphere. On a positive note, the windows minus the doors were clean so you could still see daylight. This place needs some training, coaching, and cleaning badly. Not up to Wendy standards and that’s not saying much unfortunately.

Just left this place. Stood at the counter for 10 mins before any service. Employee’s walked by without speaking during that time even the manager. The prep guy from the back greeted us then the young lady that walked by twice came back to take our order was on her phone. Horrible service.

I usually enjoy getting Wendy’s biggie bag, however today was my last time eating their food. I got their double stack and gor to work and happened to turn over my burger and there it was… Mold. Mold!!!! You’re telling me the person making it didn’t see it while preparing it? I took it back and got one person say they were sorry, no one even seemed surprised to find that there was mold. They prepared another, and just handed it to me. But even then, all I could think about what how many others have eaten it and didn’t even know it, and then wondered why they got sick. One lady did instruct for all the buns that were taken out of a particular bag to be checked. If you’re mentioning a certain bag and not all bags, that tells me you knew about this, but just chose to ignore it. Hm, maybe that’s why no one was surprised when they heard my food had mold. I made sure to take pictures before returning.

i have honestly never been here and had my order be correct. I tried coming inside. making mobile orders. anything to try to get a different outcome & nothing worked. after explaining multiple times that i nor my boyfriend eat pork my burgers always have bacon. its never hot. my burger only ever has ketchup after putting it in to have mayo and mustard. then if i sit at the window to check, im yelled at to pull forward when theres no way to turn around. and i also started to make mobile orders so i wasnt rushed to have my order complete. the food and service sucks! then when there was hair in my food, i wasnt asked if i wanted a refund or wanted it remade.. i was just looked at.

Waited 20 minutes for them to take my order because of the shift change. Food never right. Called store and they refused to answer. Happens too often. $12 for a value meal and end up with meat bread and pickles

Went thur drive-thur and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. They were not good at all. Over cooked or old. Flat as can be. Dry and tasted like the oil was old. Which left a nasty aftertaste. Put together sloppy. Definitely not worth the trip.

This Wendy’s Need a manager that cares about cleanness. The store was smelly and not so clean. The floors were sticky, and the tables weren’t clean, the front counter either. My food wasn’t hot. It was just a totally nasty experience. I’m very easy to please, but this was not acceptable for paying customers and being a fast food restaurant. I believe I I was there on the fifth of july around three p m. Please work on keeping your store clean!
