My husband and I went here for lunch ~1pm yesterday. We were in a hurry between appointments so did a T bell drive thru run. They had us pull around because our chicken tenders weren’t done. We waited for maybe 5 minutes. The gentleman who brought our food out was very nice. The food was amazing!!!! We were reluctant to go here because of the other reviews, but I’m not sure what those people are talking about. The Doritos tacos had the freshest shells over any other T bell. The crunch wrap supreme was insanely good. The chicken tenders were cooked so perfectly. The Mexican pizza was great! We wished we lived closer to this one because this was essentially the best taco bell we’ve ever had. Well done! Thank you!

Tonight i came thru the drive thru at 2am, Tiffany explained over the speaker that it was just her and one other person working and was apologizing for the longer wait than usual. They were very overwhelmed, had a long line and she still had patience and still had great customer service. I didn’t care that i had to wait a few more minutes than usual & my food was still good. They could have easily been cut and dry given the circumstances but that was not the case! Tiffany and the gentleman she was working with were great and they deserve recognition for that!

I’m so tired of ordering from here and it being messed up.. I made a door dash order and when it got here, I was missing my burrito, my chicken taco, my drink was entirely wrong, and they only gave me 2 fire sauces… also the cinnamon twists were stale and tasted like oil and there was almost no cinnamon sugar on them.. Like the receipt is literally taped to the bag. I knew right when I picked it up that it was missing things. How hard is it to at the very least give me what I ordered?!

It should never take more then 25.mins from order to handed food. Worse yet..you are trapped in line. Do you know how disappointed nguon have to be to wait a half hour and pull off without your food? I was about to then they handed me the food. I should’ve. Gross cinnamon twist. Tasted like they had them in their pants. Not even going to try the taco.

Review: South Euclid Taco Bell – A Masterclass in Culinary Disappointment

Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse, it said “hold my Fire Sauce.”

After a string of taco-shaped tragedies, I returned with a simple request: Can I see my order before I pay? You know, like a normal person trying to avoid another round of tortilla-wrapped regret. But apparently, transparency is against company policy. I said fine—if it’s garbage again, I’ll pay and ask for a refund. Their response? “We don’t do refunds.” Cute.

So I asked for a receipt. The manager (allegedly) looked me dead in the eye and said, “We don’t give receipts.” What is this, a speakeasy for sadness?

Fast forward to 8/14. I thought, “Maybe daytime staff will be better.” Spoiler alert: they weren’t. The food was served at a temperature best described as lukewarm regret, and the portions? Legendary in their stinginess. If you enjoy paying premium prices for taco shells and a whisper of lettuce, this is your Disneyland.

I ordered a bowl of taco meat—$1.60 for 1.3 ounces. That’s not a portion, that’s a garnish. When I asked about it, the surly human behind the counter shrugged and said, “That’s what you get.” Inspirational.

This place isn’t just bad. It’s performance art in mediocrity. If you’re craving disappointment with a side of attitude, congratulations—you’ve found your spot.

Zero stars. Would rather eat a dirty napkin.

Workers threw out my order because “I took too long to pick it up” despite starting it 15 minutes before it was scheduled. Did not offer to remake it just scoffed at me like I was an inconvenience. They literally stole my money never go here. No one from the company can even bother to contact you when they steal from you.

I’m done with this location, they don’t know what “extra” means or don’t care enough to do it right. I paid $8 something more for extra toppings in my crispy chicken tacos and they do this to me. I asked for extra chicken and extra jalapeno sauce. What the heck is this? Not okay, and it’s at least the third time they’ve done it to me. I won’t make that mistake again, I’ll take my business elsewhere to a more competent Taco Bell

They’re back, back!

To be fair I haven’t been to this establishment in months, maybe a year or so, give or take. This store just became too inconsistent with hours. They NEVER used to be open even when they were supposed to be! I’d order in the app and arrive to find them closed (very early in the day).

Fast forward to TODAY. Food was HOT . Even the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered. Portions were not skimpy as some other locations I’ve frequented. I ordered on the app and had no issues at all. Food was accurate and fresh. Did NOT wait long and there were cars in front of me in line. A few minor things to note, they have a new digital menu and they updated the building colors as well.

Hope they keep it up and maintain consistent hours. I will most certainly return for #fourthmeal here.

UPDATE: 4/19/22 – The lobby is open for mobile orders, orders from the app, door dash, uber eats and grub hub. If you walk in you WILL HAVE to order via kiosk. There is no person to take your order. The wait was extended so your best bet is to stand in line in the drive thru.

Im usually good for Taco Bell a couple times a month. This was the only meal of the day for me due to bad tomatoes there. Thanks for the weight loss.

I’ve been here twice lately in the last 2 weeks. I have noticed a huge improvement in the customer service. There is a cashier, I believe her name is Beverly, who was working on 07/31 at around 7pm. She does such a great job and is so friendly. And there were no missing items with my order. Nice job.
