7th Street Brew House came into being in 1996 because of the incredible reception of Cascade Lakes beers by the locals in the city of Redmond. The Brewery had been in operation for about a year and the regulars wanted someplace to take their family and friends to eat. As a result, 7th Street was born. From the mug club membership to taco night, 7th Street has become the hometown favorite in Redmond. This is where people go to have a great tasting meal, a cold beer, and see good friends. In the summer, enjoy the indoor/outdoor atmosphere complete with a covered and heated patio, a fire pit to keep you warm during the brisk evenings.
Casual brewhouse featuring craft beers & pub grub, plus outdoor seating, fire pits & horseshoes.

The atmosphere is relaxed, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The patio is dog-friendly, allowing for a pleasant dining experience with four-legged companions. Parking is readily available, making visits convenient.
Service is attentive and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience. Whether dining alone, with family, or friends, Cascade Lakes Pub offers a nice environment and quality food.
My friend and I want to go out to eat tonight but I told her anywhere but here tonight cuz its already too cold outside to eat here cuz they never have the heat on.
I liked this cascade lakes pub. It a family friendly Berlin you expect in central Oregon. Good service and food, with great beer. Full bar and menu for just about any pub fare. Clean throughout. Off street parking available. The outside patio is under construction but looks like it will be nice.
Fryer oil due for change. Every deep-fried dish was way too dark, although not off-tasting. Made things appear burnt.
My gyro was unexpectedly good, well prepared fresh ingredients. Unusual find on the menu.
We did not arrive too late, more than 1.5 hours prior to close, but I had to go inside a min. if 3 times to draw attention/make requests. Basically, lax on attending to our table. Pleasant enough when we did see them, however.
Would still go back – maybe earlier in the day/evening, and sit inside. Maybe direct line-of-sight would help.
Oh, and appeared VERY dog friendly on patio. Saw a minimum of 3 water bowls, even a branded merch one!
Update 7/20/25 reorder of the brewhouse salad with steak, they nailed it this time, steak cooked just right and plenty of fresh salad, lots of good toppings, hit the spot
