Loved the super kind host at the front. They Explained to us how they were very careful about celiacs and gluten free foods at the restaurant.
Sushi was excellent and very fresh. Very tasty and presentation was lovely.
Gluten free aspect. Very clean and on point and knowledgeable about the gluten free options.
Very expensive per roll but my celiac daughter enjoyed it very much. ($21 and up per roll. I uploaded the latest GF menu w prices on here. Thankful for the fact that you take the time to have an actual gluten free menu and gf soy sauce.

Best sushi place in Anchorage. Fresh delicious oysters with ponzu . Tuna nigiri is like butter to bite through. Always welcomed with perfect miso soup and a salad that has a sweet banana pineapple tasting dressing. Oh My Peter roll and Serious Jamie roll is a must have every visit. EDIT 8/26/25: Ended up coming here for dinner on a random Tuesday. Service was HORRIBLE. It was not busy at all. We sat down after another couple had arrived and they were greeted and were able to order and get their food fairly quickly. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 10-15 minutes to get our order taken. We had to ask a random server to take our order since we have been waiting a while. On top of that, no server checked up on our table nor did they ask if we wanted any refills. There were literally servers just walking around, not doing anything. On top of that we had to ask someone to get our check because we were just done. Never eating here again if the service is like this.
The orange chicken was good and so was the mongolian beef. Sashimi tasted fresh as well.

The best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The service is outstanding. The oysters were so good we had two orders of them. The 911 roll was perfect. The scallop sashimi fresh. It was a treat taking my husband after years of hearing about it. He said it was the best sushi he ever had also.

Stopped by for an early dinner while visiting Anchorage. There were plenty of tables, so was seated right away. Server immediately came over with water and menus. He did a great job throughout the meal as was very polite, prompt, and hepful.
While looking over the menu, started off with the Tempura Platter and Squid Salad. Both arrived within 10 minutes and were very good. The tempura was fried perfectly with a nice crisp on the outside, but not overcooked on the inside. The squid salad was pretty impressive too with nice chunks of squid with other veggies.
For the meal, ordered a few of the sushi combinations. These were a little higher priced than most similar sushi restaurants, but was worth the price. All of them had larger than normal slices of sushi that were cut thick too. The fish was very fresh and of good quality. Each was also well presented.
Overall, very good service and high quality fish. Prices were higher than normal, but was worth the price.

From the moment we walked in, the energy felt just right—warm, relaxed, and inviting. We ordered the sushi boat to share, and wow, it was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Every bite was fresh and flavorful. The hot sake hit the spot!

Last night my “Homie” took me out for Sushi. Had some cravings. Had great experience! All servers was on top,brining plates and take them away fast and Sushi taste amazing! wasn’t bother to much at all when we were eaten dinner. Bites was perfect size, had good amount of fish on them. Everything was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place to have a good time and to enjoy food.

The food was good and the sushi tasted fresh, but the experience wasn’t perfect. We had to wait quite a while before being seated, even though the place didn’t look overly busy. The menu also felt a bit limited — not as many options as I expected.
Overall, the dishes we did get were tasty and the service was friendly once we were seated, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Solid place, just not a full five-star visit this time.
