Last time I shop at this store . The terrible attention of the employee in charge called Victoria, a terrible employee as well as a racist. I ordered the food in English but apparently he saw my Latino appearance and made racist comments that I liked at all. Nor did he want to sell me Chiken Tenders . Poor attention, terrible food preparation. I never go back to this place.

I had lunch at Wendy’s while parked here for the weekend. The staff were courteous and organized. The dining area was clean and tidy. My food came as ordered and met my expectations. Many thanks to the friendly day staff at this Pilot/Wendy’s location.

Abysmal customer service, it took myself and the lady in front of me forever to get our orders in. Daytime (asst?) manager couldn’t appear to care less and it shows the same with her employees. Drive-thru gal took my order but didn’t get me my drink and worst of all, not a hair net in sight!! Fortunately the food was good, no hairs in it!!

Dining room was almost empty and one person in front of me waiting to order. I waited for almost 10 min to order and the 5 people working seemed overwhelmed. Two workers started arguing about which size cups to use for which drinks and all the other workers stopped and stared at the argument. I finally just left before even getting a chance to order.

Excellent customer service! The food can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s super fresh and some times I get lukewarm fries. But I go back because the employees are so great at this location.
