As much as I dislike giving bad reviews, sometimes it comes down to just that. I’m uncertain what happened to this restaurant. Whatever changed wasn’t for the better. This is the last time we’ll spend $70-$80 on food we end up throwing out. For the fifth time in a row, our order was incorrect and/or missing items. My husband ordered house fried rice NO vegetables, only to get a container of rice loaded with vegetables. I ordered chicken rice soup, only to get unflavored chicken and rice mush. No soup, no broth, no flavor. In the past, they forgot our crab Rangoon, the order before that they sent Mongolian beef full of vegetables on a no vegetable order once again. Food allergies are a real serious thing, and when you have a business in this industry, you have got to be more aware. At this point, “I’m so sorry” just does not cut it. We are more than disappointed, this used to be our go-to.

Honestly used to love china kitchen alot. But now they never answer the phone and have cut back the hours of operation so much that even getting food from here at all is impossible.

Terrible dry overcooked food the crab lagoon was even overcooked and sour,i complained to them and they did absolutely nothing,like they didn’t even care.Not ever going back.

Their food is pretty good. Their online prices, prices on their menus, and the price they tell will never be the same. They will tell you that their website prices haven’t been updated yet. The problem with that, is they have been saying that for months. Good food with a side dish of trying to scam you.

Food is really good and quality. But they aren’t good at answering the phone (had to go in to order with a 45 minute wait)and ive ordered several times during business hours and got to the store for it to be closed. Otherwise it’s definitely worth the wait.

I want to love this place, but I just get let down every time. OFTEN the chicken is overcooked. Be sure to check your order. Items can be missing at times. We recently used a coupon where you spend a certain amount and you earn a free Veggie Fried Rice, and they left it off our order. So we spent more than usual to get the free side of rice, when I could have spent and ordered less and hopefully would have ended up with the rice. Disappointing, but don’t worry, they gave us way more white rice than anyone would ever need.

No longer do dine-in, they haven’t updated that on Google. I do wish they would allow dine-in, but they haven’t since COVID…..
Really, you spend $37 dollars for 2 people, depending on what you get…..it’s pricey, but a nice treat every once in a while.
