The food here is terrible now! This use to be one of my fav fast food places and now one of the worst! The food has changed alot. My kids quickly say no when I ask them if they want this food. Burgers always burnt or salty and fries cooked too long and hard. Wasted money because as you can see from the pic burger burnt, we threw all the food away very disappointing!!

I’d just as soon give it ZERO, it smelled very bad in there, I waited over 20 minutes smelling that stink!! I got 3 sandwiches a small order of fries and an order of cheese curds, I could actually smell the nasty smell on the food when I got it home, so I trashed most of 21+ dollars of food!! Thinking of getting ahold of the health department to investigate the smell!! Be like me and think long and hard before spending big money for the nasty food this dump is selling!!!

Beef-A-Roo is always a solid choice. The food is fresh, hot, and made to order. The burgers and beef sandwiches are flavorful, the fries are crispy, and the portions are generous. The staff was friendly and service was quick, even during a busy time. Definitely a reliable go-to spot.

Be prepared for a super long wait and the food isn’t very good and the drinks always taste really weird. i stop coming to this location. I have had beef-a-roo at other locations and they have good food but this one not so much. Now service wise they were apologetic for the wait.

I usually have great experiences at Beef-a-Roo but this location is terrible. Their service is so slow and the staff seem to be lost. A manager had to tell the guy at the grill that he needed to put burgers on since they had 5 double cheeseburger orders. He seemed surprised.

Arrived at 11 AM for my 30 minutes of lunch only to wait in line at the register taking 10 minutes to order because this location cannot properly train the person that they are throwing on the register. Then it took another 30 minutes just to get a roast beef and a buffalo chicken wrap which I was charged $.99 for removing the Blue cheese from the wrap. When we went to the counter to get that refunded, we let them know that the person on the register needed help and they said we know and walked away. Please get this store some proper training as this is a very, very busy location to have someone not know what they’re doing during the lunch rush.

They have a variety of food menue items. They are all delicious . I am partial to the sandwiches and beef sandwiches.
My go-to is the Swiss mushroom beef and the avocado turkey sandwiches.

I absolutely love Beef-A-Roo, but this location on Auburn St really needs some help. This location is always hit or miss when it comes to quality, customer service, and accuracy. They barely know their own specials and you must show them screenshots of the promotion before they will believe you. Most of the time they do not greet you nor will they take your order, they just assume you made an online order or they will point to the self-serve kiosk. It’s chaos when trying to pick up an order and 9 times out of 10 the order will be made incorrectly or missing key components (such as a cheeseburger meal missing the cheeseburger, or a chili with all the extra paid toppings missing all the toppings). It’s not always bad just not always good. My advice would be to take the extra time to visit another location if you value quality, customer service and accuracy.

I waited in the drive thru for a very long time even though there was only one person ahead of me and it didn’t seem like they had been acknowledged at the speaker when I pulled up. This is okay, I get that they are probably understaffed but when I got to the speaker and was asked what I wanted to order I said the first item, the employee asked a question, I answered, waited a moment then said my next item and she says “honey you need to hang on, you need to breathe” and then after a few minutes she asked me to repeat my order from the beginning so I was like “oh, I’m allowed to talk now” and she starts complaining about the lady in the drive thru in front of me because she was asking her a question so I just gave her my order again. Then a lot more waiting. Just really unprofessional. The drive thru line was empty too. The whole thing was really weird. Instead of apologizing she ignored me at the window and had someone else bring me my order. Sorry, girl but your name was on the receipt. I won’t call you out by name but, BAR management, if you’re interested, check out check #140 from 12/9. ♀️
