I got charged for sauce that did not come as ordered. The burgers were a mess and the fries were stale. For cheap burgers they were far past that. I would not recommend this location lack service and worse product and food.

Just went in for ice cream and apple pies. Bought 2 and got down the road to bite into the apple pie and find it stale and basically empty of filling. After looking at the box found they had ripped half the good by sticker off one and all the way off the other. It was about 430pm and the good by date was 1:20 something. Just get tired of spending money and not getting good service.

How hard is it to read the order and not put onions or pickles on my food? At least the past three times I’ve come here I’ve made sure I’ve ordered my food without both and each time I have been amazed at the ability of humans to not read directions. Im getting very tired of having to either go hungry or come back on my limited lunch time to get it remade.

I had a conversation with the store manager Cheyenne, and voiced my complaint about the customer service of their workers. Instead of owning up and taking accountability for their mistake, they tried to justify it. That’s a problem. A moral and ethical one.
I will leave out the final details of the matter of my experience with this McDonald’s store, but there is a serious problem with customer service.
In any case, Cheyenne resolved the issue by giving me a complete refund. That much I am thankful.

My expectations are very low, but Hayden was very courteous. I didn’t expect a McDonald’s employee to greet with eye contact and hold the door before taking out the curb side order. His simple gesture reminds me that I’m more than just a McDonald customer on the books, but a person.
