Food was good but the portions were small and at a large price. The outside environment is nice but most of their seating is outside. They lack on customer service and im just speaking on my experience. Not a bad place all together but i think the portions could be bigger.

I ordered the Monte Cristo savory waffle and a Brevè coffee. The raspberry jalapeño preserves on top is perfect. Service is fantastic, darling atmosphere, terrific waffle and coffee.

Great place with amazing waffles! They are dense and crispy with little pops of sweetness thanks to sugar pearls. I love the different selections they have for sweet and savory waffles.
They also have an espresso and coffee menu to make things even sweeter! The coffee is good too!
The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming with indoor seating as well as a large outdoor seating area with sufficient shade. My only two issues with this place are the weird metal chairs (worth the food though) and that there is not much indoor seating for groups.
My favorite so far is the jalapeno popper savory waffle which is, unfortunately, not on the permanent menu…I just have to wait for it to come back! Second fav is the Mac & cheese one! So good!

It was my first time here at Seabrook Waffle Company. You will be underwhelmed by the size, but they are smaller for a reason! The actual waffle is made of dough, not batter, which gives it a dense consistency. I could not finish mine. It was so rich with flavor and sweet as well as savory, as I got the Chicken and Waffle. Y’all come here with the family as the atmosphere is friendly. If you come during summer though, keep in mind it’ll be hot! We came at 9 and I was sweating!!
I would definitely come back.

Had an amazing brunch outside this weekend under the trees. The cappuccino was delicious and the waffles were so tasty! Excellent friendly service! What a great place, first off staff was incredibly kind. Young man named Jr was awesome. Took a family photo of us for my mom’s birthday, which we all really appreciated. Rest of the staff were very nice as well. ❤️
The food is amazing, best waffles I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. Coffee was great as well. I got the flat white, best flat white I’ve ever had. Starbucks what are you even doing with your life.

I loved this place! What a fun little restaurant with some really amazing waffles! I had the sausage Benedict waffle and it was so good! The waffle had a good bite on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. I also tried the Monte Cristo Waffle, and that one was good as well. But I prefer the other haha. Beautiful outdoor seating if you don’t mind the heat! A little limited on indoor seating.

The perfect hidden gem patio restaurant! I’ve been a patron for 10 years and can confirm every menu item is delicious. I especially recommend the savory options for a perfect contrast between the sweet waffle and savory toppings. They also have an impressive coffee bar that is really nice. My daughter’s choice, the DOE EYED waffle, with its luscious combination of Nutella, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate chips, was a hit with her. The rich and indulgent elements of this waffle made it a decadent delight for any chocolate lover.
While the waffles were certainly the stars of the show, the complementary elements left something to be desired. Our main qualm revolved around the syrup, which, given the price point, could have been a higher quality, real maple syrup rather than a standard packet of maple-flavored corn syrup.
