If you’re looking for the perfect sports bar vibe in Malvern, Chickie’s and Pete’s really delivers. I stopped in recently and it checked all the boxes for what you want in a place to watch a big game. First off, the atmosphere is awesome—plenty of big screens so no matter where you’re sitting, you’ve got a great view of the action. The energy in the room is lively but not overwhelming, just the right kind of crowd to cheer with and enjoy some food and drinks.
Speaking of food, you really can’t go wrong here. The crabfries are a must—crispy, seasoned perfectly, and paired with their signature cheese sauce. They’re addictive in the best way. I also tried a cheesesteak and some wings, and everything came out hot, fresh, and with generous portions. The drink menu has lots of options too, from beers on tap to cocktails, and the bartenders kept things moving even when it was busy.
The service deserves a shout-out as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was stocked up without ever being overbearing. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable hanging out for hours, watching a couple of games back-to-back.
Overall, Chickie’s and Pete’s Malvern is the go-to spot for sports fans. Great food, exciting atmosphere, and the perfect place to settle in for game day.

We had such a great experience at Chickie’s & Pete’s in Malvern! The crab fries with cheese were sooooo good — perfectly seasoned and absolutely addictive. My husband loved his burger, and my fried shrimp were huge, crispy, and delicious. The lively atmosphere made it even better, especially being able to watch all the sports games on the big screens. Great food, great energy, and great service — we’ll definitely be back!

Service was great food and drinks were great, unfortunately the kitchen was very back up and took a while to get our food. The manger did right and took a percentage off of the bill owning up to their inconveniences! That being said I’d still come back and would still recommend!

We were served by Haven during this visit. He was extremely polite, courteous, and prompt. He checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure the kids were doing okay. He did a fantastic job and I give him kudos for his service. Well done and thank you.
Food was ordered and came out within minutes. Everything tasted fresh and was hot without being scalding. Atmosphere was great with a variety of sports on and a great mix of music.
My whole family loved it. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Came across this cool bar near to my office. Visited with my office colleagues we had a great time and restaurant’s ambiance is very good. We ordered Sicilians Muscles, shrimp tacos, roasted salmon burger, veg burger and Famous crab fries. Food is really good Muscles and Crab fires are excellent!!

Chickie & Petes has an original cheesesteak and a lobster cheesesteak, so of course we had to try both. A cheese pizza was also ordered, as well as their famous crab fries!
The original cheesesteak comes with their famous cheese sauce with an option to add fried onions, which we did. The cheesesteak is very rich. The meat in the sandwich is larger pieces and we wished they had chopped it up more. The meat was very bland and not flavorful by itself.
The lobster cheesesteak is the classic with chunks of lobster on top. Not good at all. The lobster chunks were soooooo overcooked. So much so that it was hard to chew through.
The Crab Fries are fries that are seasoned with like an Old Bay seasoning and covered with their cheese sauce and topped with crab meat. The fries were really good. Again the cheese sauce is very rich.
The star of the meal was the cheese pizza! The crust was a thin crust, yet not. The crust was crispy but chewy. The sauce was great and soooo much cheese.
Our server, Angelo, was very polite, kind and attentive.

We had a great time and the service was amazing. Crab fries were a bit salty this time, but their cheese steak and smash burger was great. Their chocolate cake for dessert was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Wonderful food. I am from Long Island, and I have never (maybe the Cheesecake factory in KOP Mall/Plaza) had food at a chain that is so good. This is on par with–and I consider it–an excellent, fantastic (excellent plus fantastic) restaurant. The portions are great. Items are not too pricy. Fries must be ordered separately and do not come with entrés (just putting that out there). We all came with hungry bellies and left feeling stuffed. My mom paid, so I dont want to comment on price, but I will be coming back! And if I had an income (I hope soon), or, better said, when I have an income (I hope, thougj; I say “when”, but I’m not entirely sure; but I WILL!), I would come here. Not always, but sometimes, maybe a lot. (I don’t know, actually, how often I would come here, but that’s just because I don’t necessarily go to the same restaurant…or, since I got in a relationship…I THOUGHT IT WAS WONDERFUL! FIVE OUT OF FIVE! SERIOUSLY! DE-LISH-SHUS (DELICIOUS IS THE CORRECT SPELLING)). And I definitely recommend!!

Came across it as a later night food option. Friendly staff and we had good conversation with our server. Food was pretty good for a sports bar. Fries were crispy, the soup was generously portioned, the fry on the chicken sandwich wasn’t heavy, the side salad was nice, and the drinks were tasty. It wasn’t busy when we visited so we were able to enjoy the games on the TVs and have a good conversation. Honestly, the best part is the music mix that was playing.
