Great food even though it’s a long wait at end of the night . Everything we ordered came out perfect and fast . Good drinking food here .

We had lunch here and really enjoyed the food. The food was much better than I expected. My favorite is Dan Dan noodles. Service was great, attentive and friendly. There was no wait during lunch hours either. The restaurant also offered some discounted items on weekdays, such as $2.65 for draft Sapporo on Thursdays. We would come back!

This place is the best ramen restaurant in my opinion. I have been patronizing this place for 14 years. They still serve exactly what they served 14 years ago. Amazing to see them keeping up their quality. Yes it is their craftsmanship that makes their ramen authentic. They are nice in service and doing honest business. They didn’t raise much the price of their signature ramens compared to other restaurants. I am very happy to have this place around my house and highly recommend this place. I am liking it even more because their prices are very humble in these day when I have to pay $14 for a pho, which is non-sense to me.

Always yummy! I like the basic ramen bowl with pork and ordering extra noodles (ask for the extra noodles once you run out for freshness), then add some chili sauce and powder to your liking

You will feel like going to a small ramen shop in Japan. The broth is flavourful and not salty like many other ramen restaurants. They have lunch specials with a combo of hakata ramen and a side dish, which is a good deal. The staff was friendly, and service was quick.

Love the small quaint but busy yakitori atmosphere. Gives me Japan vibes! Sat at the bar area. Was great seeing the yakitori being cooked right in front of you.
All the skewers were well seasoned. I specifically loved the shrimp, squid w basil, okra, and shishoto peppers.
Great dining experience if you’re in the mood for good yakitori in the OC area.

The best place for hakata ramen. My favorite this is that you can customize to your liking. You choose the way your noodle is cooked, the amount of oil and the strength of the soup. You also get too choose if you want additional items or remove some of the items. The best part is that it is so inexpensive for such a good meal. The restaurant itself is small with about 6 tables and bar style sitting. Walking in here feels a bit claustrophobic. But I don’t mind you can always order takeout. For 2 people we spent about $60 and we had 2 reg. Sized ramen, extra noodle, 3 beers, gyoza, edamame, and a new banana tempura dessert so we had lots of food for so little. Def. Recommend.

I’ve been coming to 15 years, the place has always had some of the best Ramen around! Choose how you want your noodles, hard medium or soft, soup base and oil, a little or a lot.. Many different sides or things you can add to your bowl.
Only complaint was the staff was a bite rude when my gf asked how long the wait would be, instead of giving a guess, they said to fill out the yelp app, which then sent a text message to us, my gf does have a yelp account, nor did she have yelp downloaded (yelp has had bad practices in the past) so she gets all that setup, only to find out the app just tells you how many parties are in front of you, not how long the wait is. Advice for management would come up with a better time management situation.

Noodles are fresh, customer service very attentive, only thing I would ask is for smoked chashu and broccolini. But this spot really hits alot of marks! This locations worst enemy is seats available. They definatwly need a bigger space since only have 2 tables for 4+ seating.

My favorite ramen chain in SoCal. I’ll review all their locations cause it’s worth it. Cheapest bowls of ramen and very rich and clean. Authentic feel to the atmosphere and staff. Always go during lunch for no crowds and great lunch combos. This spot has iced oolong tea which is great.
