First time eating at a Bagels ‘n Grinds restaurant. The atmosphere is cool. The place was clean and organized, they even have an area where you can watch the bagels being made. The service was good as well. The selection of bagels is good and pretty healthy. The portions you get also pretty good for the money. I didn’t think it would be that filling, but was actually surprised at how much meat they put on the bagel. We got the bagel chips instead of the typical pre packaged chips. They were really good, but I felt the portions were small. They have a nice beverage station where you can self serve. Overall, I liked this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy yet filling lunch.

I’ve ordered from here before and have never had an issue, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My fiancé placed an online order for me, and when I received my sandwich, the turkey bacon was completely burnt, not crispy, but black. I’ve never seen turkey bacon served that way. I’ve attached photos for reference.
I wasn’t in a position to return to the store since I was at work and unable to leave, so I called to speak with a manager. Sonia apologized and offered a refund, which I appreciate. I’m currently waiting for that to be processed.
I understand mistakes happen, but quality control matters. Serving food that is visibly burnt to that extent shouldn’t happen. I hope this feedback helps prevent it from happening to someone else.

Bagels n Grinds can be addicting. The food is fresh and delicious. Today, I tried the everything bagel and some blueberry muffins. They offer a variety of food options. I recommend trying this local neighborhood spot in Hanover, Maryland. I didn’t take many pictures because it was crowded, so I took my food home and ate out on my deck.

I love bagels and today I ordered a dozen plus two extra, along with cream cheese and cookies, for the first time. I was surprised to see them and I was wondering—do you offer an option to receive bagels without boxes as part of an eco-friendly policy? Because I saw the other photo.

At almost $11 for a standard bacon, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich, the cost is not representative of the product. I have had cheaper, and better for less in downtown Manhattan. Overall sandwich is good but on the highest end of the price scale I have personally seen. If you’re charging Rolls Royce prices it better knock your socks off, and it didn’t.

Perfect NYC style bagel. Delicious breakfast bagel sandwich. Coffee was ok. I’m definitely going back for more bagels.

Best bagels in the area…period. I ran across this place a few years ago, and I haven’t found bagels that even come close to this place. Comfortable environment and friendly staff. Always a great experience. It’s a little out of the way for me, but if I’m ever craving a bagel or just need a good place to get breakfast, this is my go-to! I recommend this place to anyone! You won’t be disappointed. But be warned: no other bagels in the area will be good enough after eating here!

Was expecting better with all the good reviews. My order was made wrong they used the wrong bagel for 2 of the sandwiches the Brooklyn was super salty, and the steak n cheese was not good either. I was told the kitchen messed my order up. At least they made the third item correctly and the cookies were the best thing we had

The bagels are delicious and the flavored cream cheeses have a little of fresh garnishes.
The items are higher priced to account for the higher quality. My only complaint is that each substitution or addition is individually up-charged more than I would have suspected for added tomato & cucumber or half & half cream cheese.
Expect a medium wait. They are fast AND almost always busy enough to be back-up.
