Currently dining in. Was greeted when I walked in. Asked to just wait a minute while catching up on other orders. Cashier come back quickly, smiled and asked what can he get started for me? Gave him my order. Waited less than 5 minutes. Realized it was my fault that I ordered wrong. The $5 biggie bag deal changed. The manager and cashier were VERY VERY kind. They understood and was gracious enough to gift an order of fries and a drink to my kiddo, even though it was my fault for not understanding the new menu. The dining area was clean. Wait time was minimal. Staff was very kind. Thank you!

There’s an older guy that works the drive-thru that’s consistently rude and cuts you off when ordering. On top of his bad customer service, he’s gotten our order wrong multiple times and not given us the sauce we asked for. Last time we’ll be coming here. Extremely frustrating. Do better.

So on Father’s Day. I went to get the baconator. Thinking it would be a good burger with bacon. I mean the picture shows amazing amount of bacon. But what I got is the temu version of the baconator. Please change the name of the baconator to something else cause this isn’t not it. Please see picture.

I went in Sunday before my work shift and ordered a burger. Once I got to work something told me to flip my burger over before biting it and lo and behold its molded bread. I took it back for a refund the guy that helped me was very nice and apologized but the other workers didn’t apologize or even seemed to care. Safe to say I’ll never eat at this location again. It need to be closed down!

Wendy’s shareholder here! Stopped by to give this place a try. Realized that three chicken tenders cost 5.69 and decided to pass, but had to use the restroom. It’s one of those bathrooms that has the toilet paper dispenser like right next to the seat of the toilet, so, good luck spreadin’ things enough to get the plumbing working. I noticed a filthy wet rag on the floor and kicked it out of the way. I didnt want to pull my shorts down and end up with wet rag ass, you know? Well, after I was done, I flushed the toilet. I realized that the rag is there because flushing the toilet means water bubbles out of the floor around the toilet.
Like seriously? We can’t spend a little money on some maintainence to fix the toilet leak? Looks like a simple issue like a leaking wax ring. The answer is to throw a dirty rag on the floor to catch the water? GROSS and PATHETIC.
Please for the love of God let this be one of the 300 Wendy’s that close! Hate to see anyone lose their job, especially in this economy, but DAYUM!

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for year’s the service was excellent. But now their not paying attention l purchased an Apple Pecan salad when l opened the container it smelled spoiled and the lettuce was brown. This has happened twice WDF!!!!!

I have never come here where the fries and chicken were fried in some fresh oil. Always tastes bitter … I give them a chance by coming here once a month but never fails. Always bad oil. Someone in corporate should try it and tell me what they think

Chocolate Frosty is purple. And my chili didn’t have any of the additions I added to it. Had to get refunded through door dash. I’m not sure how it’s hard to read English and fix food but apparently the workers here can’t read English and fix food. Let’s hope they don’t apply to be a surgeon or dentist or something else in life they may leave out or take part of you with them.
