A modern brunch spot with an extensive menu and friendly service. I enjoyed the curried Brussels sprouts bowl with farro and sweet potato – super hearty and flavorful. Be sure to add your name to the Yelp waitlist before arriving, as waits can get long in the morning.

Food was very good. I had the salsa verde pork. It was quite spicy which I liked. My wife had cinnamon French toast and shoulder bacon. She really liked the French toast and wasn’t real happy with the shoulder bacon. It was more a fried ham than a bacon. My daughter had a gluten Cuban sandwich which she said was quite good.
Our waiter E Jay was quite efficient and quickly addressed our requests.
The only criticism is the restaurant itself. It is way too loud.

Sat outside on a beautiful fall day ! Food was fresh and prepared with care, service was fast and to the point which I like. We will be back. Oh and it was the best margarita I’ve had in a long time.

15/15 across the board with my experience! The food was hot and fresh, my server, Corey was very kind and got to the point, and the atmosphere is excellent around 12-1pm. I actually spent around 30 minutes with the whole experience. I will definitely come back again!

I had my favorite delivered, eggs Benedict. The best thing about Home Grown is the authenticity. A combination of quality and flavor that takes you home to your family table at a young age. This is the only place in wichita that ive tried that actually makes their hollindaise sauce in house. It tastes exactly like my father made it for me and how I make it at home. Other trips ive tried french toasts and pop tarts you cant go wrong with a single menu choice. Fantastic please dont change, if you havent tried please do.

Healthy and not heavy feeling after. Just delicious! My gluten free wife loved it so much that we wish there was one closer to us. I promise you’ll love your food and eating experience.

By far worse place to eat. I have been wanting visit this place for over 5 years wish never heard of homegrown. Only thing that was close to OK was oj but $5 for small glass. The biscuit and gravy if wasn’t for having eggs little runny the said sausage patty being couple little chunks under a patty and about 6 to 10 little. chunks of fried potatoes for $12.75. The worse of all is paying $6 for two peices of bacon that that was hard it was like eating 100 year old Jerky felt like teeth would break. Also got there and yes had a crowd when signed asked approx how long wait would be told about 10 to twenty minutes and the would text when available, sat did a little fb scrolling after time tooled at text sent welcome me and well text. There’s a program you download (yelp) so took time to load and check which is where was 49th in line and expected to close to another 90 minutes wait time. I walked up to person checked me in and said thought it be 20 minutes or so she said sorry about that and seated me right then over 48 other people ahead of me, I feel this may of been reason for bad food but server was nice and didn’t show any rudeness at all. Just bad day and lesson learn not listen to reviews.

We came here after an event, and we had a very large party of 16. It took quite a while to be seated, but that is to be expected with such a large group at lunchtime on a Sunday.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend the Eggs Benedict, though the French toast also looked very good.

First time experience. Parking lot was full which told me that HG had good food. Once our group arrived, the wait was short and other customers were anticipating their turn while those seated were enjoying their food. Menu selections didn’t disappoint. Everyone in our group were pleased with their selections of brussel sprouts/sweet potatoes, 3 meat platter, a waffle dish and popp’t hearts with juice and coffee.
Great service.
Definitely a go to breakfast restaurant. Worth the trip.

My cinnamon bread French toast was absolute perfection, and my eggs and bacon were cooked just right too. My husband said his breakfast (biscuits and gravy) was the best he’s ever had. The online wait list worked to reduce our wait time from over an hour, to under 30 minutes. I knocked down “atmosphere” to 4 just because it’s awfully loud. One person in our party really appreciated the gluten free pancakes.
