Tonight I picked up a to-go order and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I picked up curbside and she promptly got my order to me and had such an enthusiastic attitude. Will definitely be returning! The world needs more people like her.

Went there specifically for hash brows and sausage. The hash browns were awful i guess they changed them and the sausage was cold. The server couldn’t be bothered to bring our check was too busy on her phone. Stood for several minutes waiting to pay bill. The restaurant was super slow so really no reason for this.

Visited the location after church on Sunday morning. Surprising we didn’t have to wait for a table. Service was good. We ordered off the $6 meal deals. Enjoyed the pancakes and eggs. A little better than expected with everything. Yes, we will come back some day.

IHOP was of course busy for a Sunday morning but we don’t often go, conveniently our wait was only 20 minutes for the amount of people there. Evelyn our waitress was very friendly and took great care of us. The food was great and our party of 6 was very satisfied, we would definitely return. Thank you.

Don’t offer curbside if you don’t provide curbside! One curbside parking spot. Sign with the phone number to call when you arrive. The number goes straight to a busy signal. Ironically I got a text stating they’d bring my order right out but here I am still sitting here 20 min later with NO ORDER! I have a sleeping baby in the back. I would have just ordered delivery but who wants to pay the cost of another meal just to have it dropped off?!

This location continues to drop the ball on online orders. Today 26 July 2025. This is the 5th time I ordered pancakes to be delivered, again none of the add ons that come standard were sent.
I have called numerous times and every time I get the same answer, they will make sure to correct it for next orders. Still up to today, nothing has changed. Called to inform the manager on duty, who apparently isn’t in for the next hour or more.
IHOP you need to do better. Not fun eating chocolate chocolate chip pancakes without chocolate chips, chocolate syrup. Don’t care about that whip cream, which also is not here.
Feel robbed for paying for items and not receiving.

For a chain restaurant, not bad. A little pricey for breakfast, but large portions. We had a really late breakfast, Colorado omlete and the pablano omlete, meat super tender, delish! Pancakes good and they have sugar free syrup. Coffee too $$$.

12/29/22- The wait time to be seated was a 25 min wait (Came around 11:30AM. Wait time once ordering food is about another 30 min during a full staff onsite. The food order was perfect and good, just like we order. The down side of this place is just they take too long to get the order that is why they get 3 stars with me. If your in a time limit avoud this spot but otherwise they do serve good quality food for breakfast and its pretty clean here. Please Like, Follow and Share for more #JaysTrueRatings.

Our waitress was Thania, and unfortunately she was below par. She missed items we ordered or didn’t bring extras like butter that we asked for and she acknowledged. Not once did she check on us or ask if we needed refills. My food was cold. I just won’t be back to this location.
