Just worked a 12 hour shift, haven’t had anything to eat yet. We are seated quickly, however our waiter did not come to us to ask what we’re drinking. 30 minutes go by before he comes and ask what we are having to eat, yet we have yet to even order drinks. We order drinks and food at the same time, while we repeated what we were having 3 times. Our waiter had come back after 10 minutes and asked what I wanted for sides even though I had ordered the steak with shrimp on top, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. I would have told him if I wanted different sides, but that’s the sides I wanted and knew that was the two sides it came with. Drinks finally come after being seated for almost 45 minutes. He tells us “sorry about the wait, we were trying to help out the lady behind you”. We get our food 5 minutes later, however it wasn’t exactly what we ordered. I asked for the steak to be medium rare. As soon as I started to cut into it, I knew immediately it wasn’t cooked liked I asked. We came on a Monday evening. The place had 6-8 tables at most seated. He only had 3 three tables, while one of his tables walked out after poor service. What should have only been 30 minutes at most between seating and getting food. We had waited almost an entire hour before even getting our food and it wasn’t even cooked to how I ordered. The waiter could have easily asked a fellow team member to help out, or at least come and get our drink order when we sat down. The overall experience that night was worst than a fast food drive thru. Even the new waiter in training did a phenomenal job compared to our waiter.

A friend and I went there and it was awful service I think I have ever had. I was a waiters for 2 years and there are no reason for the way we were treat tonight by our waitress Alex S. When we got sat we asked if we could have a booth that was behind where we were being sat and the lady told us that there were no booths empty and this was the only spot at a table. So we sat down and said no biggie. Our waitress asked what we wanted the second we sat down before we even got to look at the menu and when we told her our drinks it took a good 10 minutes before we got those. She took our order for our food and was rude even when i was trying to joke around to ease the tension. I said “well i better order something before I change my mind again to my friend and laughed”. Not meaning anything mean or rude. She gave us a weird smile. Then when she bought our food she didn’t come back to our table for 20 minutes. Even when I had to ask her while she was walking by to when I asked her could get a refill, please? Which I had to ask someone else for because she never came back until she brought us the wrong bills and for some reason spilt our bill. We didn’t take any mind to it because I was just going to send my friend the money. She came back and told me she messed up and I was confused and said what? She then told me that she double charge both of us and split our bill for us when we never asked her to do that. My friend was charged 3 times!!!! A total of $150! When it should have been $38.88 once and I got charged $25 in total for her mistake. She didn’t even come and inform us before even doing this when she could have simply came over and told us what happened. But nope pretty sure she was talking to another waitress while messing up our bills. Thanks Alex S. For the worst experience EVER. Never going back. Plus I thought the manager was supposed to check on tables? Nope he just sat behind the bar area by the doors to the kitchen. 🙁

The food left much to be desired when it came to flavor. Their tomato soup seems to be pureed left over salsa. The Asian chicken salad has coleslaw as the main topping. The artichoke spinach dip needed flavor or at least salt. I don’t know who we tipped because we had 4 or 5 different people so service was okay in my book but mom said not knowing who your server is is unacceptable. Honestly we’re never going back.

I came here interested in the $6 margs. My friends and I got food and drinks. We came around 7:30 on a Saturday looking for a good time. After being seated, my waitress, Alex S., only came to check on us once. When she did come by after we ordered drinks and our food, she told us that they are out of clean cups, and it’ll be a while for our drinks. This was fine since we just got our food, she did not take any appetizer plates or old drink cups. The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday at all. When receiving my food there was a short hair on the plate. I decided to move the hair and eat due to my waitress not coming by often. Once I had about 5 bites, there was another short hair on the chicken this time. This I couldn’t bring my self to ignore. I immediately lost my appetite. My waitress came by with the checks about 10 minutes later. She did not ask if we were done, nor if we wanted another drink. I brought the hair to Alex’s attention and she said I’ll see what my manager says. Later Alex returned saying the manager will take the entree off of the check. Regardless of comping the hairy entree, the service was not enjoyable one bit.

Came here with a friend on a Saturday night. We were originally going to go to Chilis, however they were busy, and the Applebee’s parking lot, not very busy. Our waitress was Alex S. About a minute after we sat down, she came and asked what appetizer we wanted. After a few glances, we asked if we could have a few minutes. She then came back and we were ready to order our appetizer. Then after telling her our appetizer, we asked for a few more minutes to decide our entrees we wanted. When she came by to take our orders, she was not pleasant whatsoever. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our food, which I consider average. When our food arrived, my friend asked for a refill of her drink. After ten minutes with no refill, I saw Alex standing around doing nothing behind the bar area. We ended up having to ask the busser for it. While we were eating our food, Alex was moving chairs all around our table and sweeping directly next to us, which was kind of odd, at least to me. I also saw her talking to another waitress while staring at our table, giving us dirty looks. At this point in time i was looking at the Cane’s sign outside the window like it was an old lover. Finally after we had been done with our food for a while, she came by to check on us. I asked for the receipts. About five minutes later we recieved them. One receipt was just a soda – $4.88 , while the other was the rest of what we ordered, which was about $53. We thought the split was odd but my friend and i were fine sending money to each other to pay our halves. We set our cards on the receipts and I went to the bathroom. When I came back, my friend explained that Alex came to the table when I was gone, saying that she already charged us on our cards for the bills we got, but then somehow she took it upon herself to split the bills and ended up charging our cards multiple times. If she was actually a pleasant waitress, I completely wouldn’t have cared. However, this is the worst service I have ever received. At this point our table is covered in about 8 receipts. She did not come up to me once to apologize, and didn’t tell us to have a good night even though when she was right next to our table telling the other customers across from us to have a good night. We gave her nothing for a tip. I just got home and looked at my account, and she charged me 3 TIMES EQUALLING $150. She charged me $53 twice, and $38 once. And not a single apology. Honestly, I will never be coming here again. Alex is not cut out to be a waitress. I would post the picture of my bank statements that I have, however I don’t feel 100% comfortable sharing that online. Thanks Alex S for the absolute worst service EVER.

Staff is very friendly and kind. Food was delicious. The only complaint would be that the new pickle fries were over cooked and they have too much salted seasoning on the outside of the pickle which is just too salty. They would be perfect not as well done without the heavy seasoning on the outside. The dip is perfect with them.

Very concerning when you walk into the bathroom and there’s NO SOAP dispenser. Not only is there no dispenser, there’s no place where it was clearly mounted. Not a sign of possibility that maybe it fell off the wall at some point. Which, even so, if it did, how many male employees walked in and out of the bathroom without noticing the issue. (Didn’t attempt to wash their hands) how many days has this soap dispenser been missing? Why did I have to walk out to the bar and ask for soap? Guys, do better. Seriously.
