Recently ordered from her today. I was eating my Mac and cheese when I felt a long string as I was chewing. As I pulled it out, I found a long piece of red hair. It seems as though no one is wearing hairnets at this location. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Absolutely awful. I waited in line for 35 minutes on one order. I saw two blue collar men walk in, order, wait 25 mins, and then ask for refunds before returning for work because their break ran out. They prioritize the drive through even if people in the lobby have been waiting for half a hour

Maurice was wonderful really enjoys his job and has great customer service. It’s nice to see people that still take pride in their work. Arie was very nice as well. Definitely will come back just for this staff

Undercooked chicken and unprofessional employees. Employee looking down at his phone in his hand while giving another customer their food.
Conduct some training on customer service etiquette and professionalism. Most importantly, ensure your food is cooked properly to prevent food borne illnesses. Will not be back. Be better!

My appreciation for Bojangles is increasing. At 11am on a weekday, most places of likeness has changed over to lunch. I was happy to have been able to order what my tummy desired. The food was hot and the service was good. Had to wait in a long drive thru line because the inside was under construction but I feel it helped the staff to focus and attend the patrons in a timely manner.

First there were no bone in chicken ready and wouldn’t be for 10 minutes (3 piece ordered). Then we had to wait on biscuits so asked to pull up. Waited approximately 15 minutes MORE and our order was incomplete, so we had to wait on fries. Food trays were empty and nothing seemed to be available to serve the customer. No apology for the long wait or incomplete order. We will not be returning to this location.

I ordered two sausage biscuits, one chicken filet biscuit, and one country ham biscuit. I asked for all biscuits to be fresh, but the person at the speaker replied rudely, saying, “All the biscuits are fresh.” When I got to the window, I checked three of them and they were fresh, so I assumed the ham biscuit was too. After leaving and stopping at Dunkin’, my mom opened her biscuit and it was not fresh. We went back to let them know.
At the window, we spoke with Moe, who said she was the manager, and another employee named Aerie. Aerie was polite and ready to help by making a fresh biscuit, but Moe was very rude, argumentative, and aggressive. She asked, “How long you been gone though?” I told her about four minutes, which I verified on my phone. I explained that shouldn’t matter since I requested fresh biscuits from the start. Instead of fixing the issue, Moe closed the window in our faces. Her behavior was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and almost afraid due to her aggressiveness. This is unacceptable customer service.

The southern hospitality is an actual thing. The staff was nice, very home like/ family like personalities. The food was good. Chicken is spicy, but not too bad.

My mother-in-law said the chicken sandwich was way spicier than the chicken(like legs, thighs and etc. The fries were great. They’re slimmer than steak fries with some type of seasoning on them and they were amazing.

Omg and those biscuits … I smelled them 1st and they smelled like maple syrup or maybe cinnamon I added the honey and the biscuit was complete. My husband watched my face in just complete bliss. The biscuit was soft, with a hint of sweetness, the mash potatoes and gravy was super good too. If you haven’t had Bojangles… Go get some today

Stopped in Grovetown, Ga traveling back fron Griffin,GA to get a few boxes of chicken meals. Tried the Sweet potato pie; it was yummy. The cinnamon was the added ingredient to make this warm treat delicious.

This place is absolutely atrocious. From the start, there was no greeting, just chaos. Only two employees seemed to be doing all the work, constantly running between the drive-thru, kitchen, and front counter. They had to reopen boxes to fix mistakes, which slowed everything down.

The drinks were flat with no carbonation, the unsweetened tea was out, and the bathroom was disgusting—it smelled as if something had died in there. When we finally got our food and went home, we discovered items missing from our order. Yes, I should have checked before leaving, but that shouldn’t even be an issue at a well-run restaurant.

This was, without question, the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. If I worked there, I’d be embarrassed. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
