It’s actually much better than what you might think and much better than most Chinese restaurants. I suggest you try the add-on on a three combo dish with the shrimp which are delicious. I always get the kung pao chicken and orange chicken with chow mein noodles 1320 out for the work. Pretty great value and scrumptious food fast and easy as well

Great atmosphere. However, next to no food was made. Multiple.pots were next to empty with some meat dishes containing no meat and only veggies. The food that was made was dried out. Staff took a while to take my order, even longer to serve it due to the lack of food prep. Produce fridge I personally observed being open for 15 minutes before I asked the manager if it was broken. She spoke next to no English so it was a rough conversation before another employee chimed in and closed the door and said it was missing a “washer” and there was a work order on for it. Truthfully they just forgot to close it. Floors are dirty and need to be mopped. Drink station needs a thorough cleaning with the spouts removed and soaked. Tea needs to be remade and counters wiped. Tables needs to be cleaned. Food on top of and underneath most of the central tables.

I’ve never been so disappointed by a panda express and I’ve be to them in multiple states, chowmein was 95% vegetables and just tastes like oily onion and the orange chicken was oddly soggy, never ordering from this panda ever again, my trust has been broken …

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I wish I took pictures before I threw it away. Complete waste of money and food. Drive-thru was poor attitude and service. There was no chicken with the “string bean chicken.” But the absolute worst part was the Chow Mein. It literally smelled and tasted like it came from a week’s old wet trash can. It smelled like grass trimmings that have been rotting inside a trash can for over a week. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I ended up getting pizza for the family because I refused to serve them the garbage from Panda Express. I will never order or visit another Panda Express ever again. The owners of this location should be ashamed. Absolute poor quality in service and food.

More concerned with making sure Drive-thur has their food even if you ordered before the last car in DT. Slow, rude little girls taking orders, serving portions small and cold. They serve up everything even if waiting 10+ min on an entrée. Then bag the order wrong. Serving plate i had to physically remove from my bag as I checked it before leaving the store. I got a single serving and pd for double HWS.
I think I would rather drive to west Salem or Keizer Station to get Panda from now on. What a continuing disappointment at this location.

Customer service is bad here we waited for almost an hour for our order. They were rude to my fiancee and told her one thing and then another. Even though the app advertises pick up, they forced her to go through drive through so they could continue to be lazy. I will not be spending my money there again. By far the worst location in town. Even Keizer is better. Everybody who works there is lazy and as dense as possible. Food was the most worst Chinese food I ever had in my life even my mom makes better food than them and check out the lovely pictures of the food they made…. the egg roll was burnt to a crisp that even my dog denied it. Plus the rice and the other food was undercooked.

It was fine. The orange chicken is NEVER the same two times in a row. The spiciness changes every time. They must have different cooks using different recipes. There needs to be more consistency between the cooks. I prefer it not spicy at all, but we very rarely get it that way. Sometimes so hot we have to drink extra to cool our mouth off.
The store was clean, bright and a little busy. The service was fast, but again the food is already pre cooked.

They occasionally get the order wrong or have something missing (such as today) and drive thru can take upwards to 30 minutes (also today) on busy hours but at least you’ll know most of the food is freshly made as it’ll get cycled through fast. Second picture was missing Mushroom Chicken and Teriyaki sauce but oh well, food is still decent for the price.
