Absolutely AMAZING BBQ !!!! We stopped at the Columbia, South Carolina Restaurant. We had St. Louis ribs, wings (AWESOME hot sauce on the side), burnt ends, dirty rice and coleslaw. EVERYTHING was a 10/10. We were told by the locals this was a “hidden gem”, and it was pretty well hidden if you weren’t looking for it. SO GLAD we found it. AMAZING is the best words to describe this place. HIGHLY recommend going there if you are in the area.

BEST BBQ EVER!!!! The food is absolutely insane!! The portions are enormous and service was incredible! I especially loved the pulled pork and brisket spuds, they were soooo good! Thank you so much for one of the best meals we have ever had!!

Where do I begin… If I could give them more then 5 stars I would..
I drove by this place just about every day for 6 months always smelling beautifully prepared smoked meats. Today, however, I ventured inside. The parking lot is small and not paved so wheelchairs might find it tough. The people inside(I assume its a family owned buisness) are welcoming and genuine. I asked what they recommend and the gentlemen said “one of everything” but we settled on a brisket bean and rice bowl. When asked what bbq sauce I wanted he gave me some options, 2 mustard based 2 ketchup based and a white sauce. I couldnt decide so he said “can I do it”. I LOVE IT WHEN A SERVER SAYS “You Trust Me?”. Every time its a hit!!!
This Brisket bowl is ON POINT!!!! Now the picture was taken when i got home so about an hour and a half after i purchased it.. It was still warm yall!! And the taste?! Absolute chefs kiss!! I cant wait to try more!! I did also get seasoned crinkle fries but ate them on the way home, so no photo… while the food was being made we had a great convo and BSd about life and the world.. In my honest opinion the price was never a concern after the convo and now trying the food i would pay twice as much as I did!!
10/10 i will be back and will recommend yall to everyone i know!!

We drove from Charleston SC to try this place and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The pork rinds came to the table still popping. The brisket, ribs and pork literally melt in your mouth. The fried pork chops were the best I have had in my lifetime and the sides like candied cornbread, Lima beans, Mac and cheese, dirty rice and okra were absolutely on point! Don’t forget to try the brisket Mac and cheese! Amazing southern bbq! We will be back!

I have ate at Big bulls many of times, so today It was very disappointing. I reside 2hrs away and just like to come show my support. But today, they did not support me. First I walked in and you can see signs everywhere “short staffed” “long wait” I had no problem with that. But when I got my order my food was warm. My brisket, which is usually the reason for my visit, was dry, no seasoning and it wasn’t fresh. I had the basket with fries and my fries were luke warm. I also ordered the ribs. Normally the ribs are juicy and delicious and no sauce needed. Today I can’t even eat them. Not only are they so dry, they are just burnt. There is so much burnt bark on them you can’t eat them. Not to mention they weren’t hot either. Needless to say this was my last visit.

To my surprise, the owners called me moments later and let me know they would personally go to the restaurant, prepare the missing items fresh, and deliver them to my home. I was completely shocked—in the best way. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond, especially on a major holiday, truly blew me away.

I tried this place for the first time today and highly underestimated them. I got a full slab and all small sides of everything being cautious because I was afraid I would not like it and I ended up pissed! Everything we tried was good I almost turned around just to supersize everything! That fruit tea I sampled was phenomenal my husband does not like tea and he enjoyed it. I was weary because I’m originally from Charleston and I’m really picky about food I’ll get over a bad hair style but will cry if I spend my money on bad food and I wasn’t disappointed!
