Absolutely disgusting. We ordered and requested they drop the Chicken fillet’s for our sandwiches fresh and it was completely ignored. We also asked for pickles and the dressing to be on the side, which was also ignored. We got greasy soaked tots, and fries that tasted old and completely unsafe and inedible chicken, It had to be hours old, and the filet was PAPER thin. Horrible experience.
How can anyone here think serving customers this type of food is acceptable. All 4 meals ordered were a disaster. Management needs to be made aware of what is leaving their restaurant and the quality of the food!

The best East Coast Wings + Grill to eat at in NC. The service was great, our waitress was lovely and communicated well. The food was fresh and the bartender didn’t disappoint on the drinks. The environment was homey and inviting. The restrooms were super clean. Don’t forget to tip those that go above and beyond for your dining experience. They deserve it!

It’s like they have a different cook weekly or monthly and it mostly likely FAILS. I got tots one time cold with no flavor. Now I said let me get a little extra salt… in 2026 you add salt to the max I can’t even eat them. It’s no winning with this place… yall just eat anything.
I think they miss giving you your sauce on purpose.

Sooooo I have lived in northlake for 8 years and east coast is easily one of my favorite places BUT normally I order next time I’ll stick to ordering online. The service inside is HORRIBLE. Listen I am VERY forgiving when it comes to the service industry I have been there myself but this was absolutely unacceptable.
So, my daughter and I walked in at 6pm we had a movie at 7pm next door at amc. We walked in and wasn’t greeted for 10 minutes, didn’t get out drinks for 15 minutes then our order was taking at 6:30pm. I’m watching the clock in a bit of a panick by 6:45 we start saying maybe we should just leave. We watched everyone’s orders come out AND all these to go orders kept coming out. We never got our food by 6:50 pm after being there for 50 minutes and only talked to twice no “sorry we’re understaffed” or anything we felt like a burden. So I told the bartender who was waiting on us that we had a movie at 7pm and he offered to put it in Togo but I told him the food would just sit in the car which isn’t ok. For a whole hour we wasted sitting when we could of ate somewhere else we ended up having to order cruddy pizzas at the movie theatre and spent $50 on all that which was more than we probably would of spent at east coast. I’ll never go inside again honestly I don’t know if I order there either. It was dirty and gross inside too I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. If you’re short staffed or having any kind of issues communications goes a long way. Never again.

Absolutely Amazing! From the burger, to the wings. Everything here was perfect. The fry’s and Onion rings were great as well, Onion Rings over the fry’s tho. The burger was cooked perfectly and the flavor of the wings and the quality of the chicken was amazing. I just wish it would have been a little faster since I had to move my car from the Supercharging spot, but worth the wait for sure. Hope to eat here again if I’m near one.

The folks that took care of us were amazing. So friendly and courteous. There is a bar where you can sit and eat or just chat with folks. We met the most wonderful Mother and Son while waiting for the food.
The atmosphere was clean and standard bar/restaurant atmosphere.
It is almost impossible to get semi floppy wing chips. They did great, though. I loved the beer cheese with the pretzels and my son devoured the corn ribs.
It is a franchise, though they own 5. I believe it is still considered a small business.
When we come back for another tournament we likely will visit again.

I stopped ordering here because the last time the food was so salty, I couldn’t even eat it. It’s been several months since I’ve ordered and I was wanting a shrimp wrap so I ordered one from DoorDash. The shrimp still had tails on it and some were literally burnt to a crisp and they gave me like 5 waffle fries lmao so it’s obviously not even better.

Ordered the Buffalo Lettuce wraps with a side of tots. Everything was very tasty and tots were hot with the great crunch without being over cooked. It isn’t football season, so I didn’t have an issue with parking or getting seated. Plenty of tvs all around for viewing all kinds of sporting events.
The ladies bathroom was clean and stocked, (not new or fancy), clean is much more important than fancy.

Service was good, hostess were nice, however the food was terrible. The wings were super dry and the Mac and cheese was disgusting, literally just plastic melted cheese on top of the macaroni, not even inside the holes just covering the pasta.
