The Spain theme here is so delightful from the decor to the choices of food. The pizza was so delicious and authentic to Spain cuisine. Customer service were friendly and accommodating to your needs. Inspite the current construction around the hotel everything was well maintained.

Joey (manager) and Brian (bar) were our best friends within minutes. Food was outstanding (Wilson burger and Double Bacon burger). Service was incredibly quick. Fantastic little restaurant.
Edit: We stayed at the Meliã over Thanksgiving and The Wilson had a special menu that didn’t disappoint. One of the best turkey-day plates we’ve had… A very healthy serving of delicious marinated turkey with all the sides.
Nicole (server) was super attentive and friendly and served us lightning fast.
Again, Joey talked with us like we were old friends, making sure we were well taken care of.

The vibe here is fantastic, especially sitting outside with a view of the pool. For food, the Buttermilk Fried Chicken on a pretzel bun was outstanding—the breading was perfectly crispy, and the combo of buffalo sauce, pickles, and ranch was delicious. The kids really enjoyed the Margarita Pizza, though my girlfriend felt her Hummus + Quinoa was a bit lacking in creativity and flavor compared to the other dishes.
The drink menu was on point! The ‘Got the Zoomies’ espresso martini was incredibly smooth, and the Mamma Mia was the perfect refreshing cocktail for the poolside atmosphere. The kids even loved their mocktails: the Basil Lemonade and Cucumber Lime Soda.
We also brought our dog, Pokey, and he was obsessed with the Dog Menu—he devoured the grilled chicken breast, the house-made dog biscuit, and the Pupsicle. Allan provided great service, and several other staff members checked on us, which was a nice touch. This place would be perfect for a corporate event or party!

Cute spot but disappointing
We are locals, but this was our first time in Celebration, and I wanted breakfast to feel special. Wilson Kitchen & Cocktails looked adorable online, and they advertised serving breakfast and lunch items all day.
The first red flag happened right at the entrance — they asked for my phone number before seating us. When I asked why, the hostess just said, “You don’t have to give it,” with no explanation. Strange and unnecessary.
We arrived around 10 AM to a nearly empty restaurant. I asked to sit outside on the cute patio with umbrellas — honestly the whole reason I chose this place — but was told it was “closed for maintenance,” even though there was clearly no maintenance happening. We were seated on the poolside patio instead, which was fine but not what we expected.
Service was the biggest issue:
• No check-in after the food arrived
• No offer for share plates (we were clearly sharing two meals with my mom and my toddler)
• No “Is everything okay?” or “Do you need anything else?”
One of the stars goes to the hostess, because she was the only person who checked on us — and that was while we were waiting for the check.
Food came out quickly and the place is cute, but the lack of attention really overshadowed everything. With better service, this could’ve been a 4–5 star visit. Based on our experience, it’s closer to 2–3 stars.
For context, our bill cam with an automatic 18% gratuity already added — which probably explains why the service felt so careless.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast, and I don’t plan on returning.

I loved this place!!! I went to celebrate my birthday and had the most amazing time. It was easy to make a reservation for 10 and they even greeted me by name when I arrived. The staff was so friendly and the food was BOMB!! My entire party enjoyed themselves and stated they would be going back. The staff even gave me a card with a hand-drawn picture. Everything about my experience was a 10/10

The Aguilars visited The Wilson for dinner, twice, and also breakfast. From all these visits, we tried a bunch of options from their menu and enjoyed every meal.
We highly recommend the green curry! The Caesar Milanese is also really good.
The staff was also really nice. We chatted with Frank and Ireland.
We LOVED the coffee at breakfast.
Overall, it’s a sweet spot. Music not too loud and there’s a TV by the bar. Check it out, you’d be in good company 😉

I didn’t expect much for a hotel bar & grill. We got a “wood fired neopolitan margherita” pizza. As good as any I’ve had. Right up there with Pizza Rock in Vegas. The server was on point. Just a really nice, professional young lady. Took care of us. Best bar pizza I’ve had in a really long time. Also, had chilled Pellegrino bottled spring water instead of Orlando tap. Nice place.

I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the energy and hospitality were incredible. Juliana was an absolutely fantastic host, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to help make the experience great. She recommended the Chicken Caesar Milanese, and wow! I’m so glad I listened. It was seriously one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time, crispy, flavorful, and just perfect. I loved it so, so much! Huge thanks to Juliana for the awesome recommendation and for making the whole visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back! ️
