Pretty average for a McDonald’s but I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and got no bacon on it. Since I ordered it to go and took it home I can’t go back to complain or anything. Sucks since I got it to treat myself and was very disappointed when I got home only to see that there was NO BACON on it.

McChickens came with burned, smashed bread. Overpriced, and the presentation quality was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes at the cashier just to get my order. For the price I’m paying here, I’d rather go to Starbucks or Carl’s. Definitely not worth spending your money here.

This place has a real problem with telling me my food is ready, whether it’s on the app or the monitor behind the counter, and then making me wait 15-20 mins to receive my order. It wasn’t always like this which is a shame.
Update: Owner sent me a link in response to this review. It doesn’t work. Regardless, I called about this problem before months ago and it only got worse.

This McDonald’s has the best quality sausage egg mc muffins and breakfast Deluxe platters. The food looked good, in other words the presentation was excellent. The taste was great, and not too salty, sometimes food at McDonald’s can taste very salty. My only complaint is that the kidz zone video game monitors were super dirty with fingerprints. However, I’d rather have great tasting food than clean monitors, and if I had children I know I would be carrying a pack of wipes or can just get a napkin with water and clean it. Wouldn’t take more than 2 minutes.

The problem with this McDonald’s is management I tried to talk to management and they dont seem to care about my concerns!! I came today Tuesday 9-16th I arrived at 945pm the dining lobby was already closed even though they have a sign that the lobby closes at 10pm. I tried to get the attention of the manager she just pointed at the drive thru. Which of course the drive thru had 6 cars wait. I decided to just leave.
Another problem I always encounter here earlier in the day is they constantly close the first window to charge on the 2nd window in drive thru. Its more sanitary if the 1st window touches all the cash, and the 2nd window only handles the food. Again I tried to talk to the manager. She was very rude, and said ” im not going to keep both windows open if its not busy. That response to me is that she could careless of what i think. I told her if hes going to be handling money. They still put there hands on the lids of the drinks, they also put there hands inside your bag to check if everything is there and to give you condiments. So its not like there not touching your food.

I went Drive thru , Order 1 Sandwich No Cheese and they put Cheese but took out the Egg , It was noted on my receipt Nooo Cheese, I should have checked my order before Driving away !!!

lol on there hours it says lobby is open untill 10pm but when i got here at 9:30 it was closed and they did not want to let me in they said drive thru only. they should really fix the hours on the website so people dont waste their time. or get better staff that isnt lazy and closes at the correct time

I ordered through door dash called the store to please modify my order spoke to DANIELA she was super sweet and she helped to customize my food literally went out of her way. Hope more people like her are helpful and get to join the franchise and wish the franchise will recognize employees like her!
